The front desk staff was amazing! I didn't catch her name, but she was vivacious and incredibly personable and helped us out greatly.
The lighting was very white and sterile in the bar/restaurant area making it not very inviting. The room was a good size, again the lighting was too white. "Nice central location but other than that not a great stay. You can see into the other bedroom next to yours. Kitchen wasn't cleaned so there was still some rice left in the pot from the previous guest. The kitchen tools were blunt and the non stick frying pan overused and had lost it's "non stick" coating. There was no mat for the shoes so there after a day out there was gravel all over the floor.
But the worst part is that we arrived one day late due to a snowstorm. Sonder made no effort to make up for the extra day we had to pay for. Albeit in their cancellation policy, I would argue that it's common decency not to take a full charge when your guest is stuck on a train for 20 hours."
