    This lakefront three-story getaway offers jaw-dropping lake views, an open layout, and a subtle nautical theme. Enjoy sunny breakfasts or delightful dinners on the furnished deck with unparalleled views of the water. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the cooking essentials to prepare everything from snacks on the go, finger foods, and full-course meals. Nothing beats snuggling near the gas fireplace and watching TV with the water as a backdrop.





    COMPLEX AMENITIES

    Enjoy access to Lakeland Village's private beach, pools, hot tubs, lakeside barbecues, sauna, and fitness center—amenities that are private to the Lakeland Village community and available only to guests and owners. These spaces are shared, meaning they are not exclusive to this individual unit.





    Things to Know

    Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m to 9 a.m. hours. In addition no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

Everything was perfect! The location was great. The people/hosts were so kind and very helpful. The house was very clean and so nicely decorated. Will definitely be back again and again.

Tahoe Ski Trip

We traveled from Australia for a Ski Trip and could not have been happier with this fantastic property including views, location and shuttle to the ski lifts, also great WIFI, Mark & Family

Great house, great lakefront location!

Stayed here with 8 friend - very pleased with the entire experience. Lake views can't be beat. Close proximity to South Lake Tahoe bars/restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

Best View in Town

Our family loved our time here! The kids loved the bunk bed loft. The adults loved being able to stay warm in the house while watching the kids play right off the patio in the snow. Great, cozy little place!

Location, location, location. Couldn’t have asked for a better view or access to the beach! House was clean and well appointed. Unfortunately they did not report that one of the showers was unavailable and the Pier, which was a huge selling point was under repair and not available to use

Can’t beat the location!

Home is older but very clean and the location is absolutely top-notch. Easy access to everything and, most importantly, the water. Great for our family! Would rent again.

Absolute prime location, very central. Right on the water, with a million dollar view. Beautiful and comfy condo that housed the whole family well. We will absolutely book again! Just magical.

Great for a group!!

Very clean condo, and convenient for a group of friends!! The condo is also very close to the hot tub which came in handy after skiing. Would definitely come back again for ski season

You would be hard pressed to find a better view with a sandy beach outside you door. The condo was clean and very comfortable. Management services were A+.

Weekend Getaway for Folks’ 80th Birthday

We spent a wonderful weekend here and loved the place. The sunset views were incredible and it was nice having the pool and spa right next door. The only negative was that we were unable to reach the host.

Paradise!!

The stunning view straight up the Lake and 180 degrees was even better that the pictures on the site. Loved everything about the place. Couldn’t get enough and We will be returning very soon. JB
