    Bear's Walk is located on the South Shore of Lake Tahoe within two miles of the California Base Lodge of Heavenly and the casinos at the state line. Within five miles of this home, you can access Lake Tahoe, the Stateline, and the casino corridor with restaurants, shops, and recreational activity rentals.

    This deluxe mountain home is newly built and is 2,780 square feet. The home is two stories tall, with the living room, kitchen, one full bathroom, and the master bedroom all on the top floor. The living area is open, with large windows letting in the afternoon sun. Enjoy preparing meals in the gourmet kitchen, then sit at the custom dining table that will fit your whole family! A porch off the dining area has a gas grill available for guest use. The living area has an oversized sectional couch, fireplace, television, and a pool table. Off of the living area, there is a full bathroom, and the master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom.

    The lower level consists of three bedrooms, one full bathroom, and a family room with a television! You can access the expansive backyard from the family room, which is great for kids, especially in the winter. This home also has an attached garage and a front porch perfect for enjoying a cocktail in the afternoon sun! With four bedrooms, this home can sleep nine people in beds, with additional sleeping on a queen-sized inflatable mattress.

We booked this property for Memorial weekend, Friday through Monday. After driving 5 hours got there at about 6pm on Friday and upon checking the property we found a dead mouse in the shower downstairs! We traveled with two families and kids and at that point nobody wanted to even go in. Called the property management, no answer. They called back later around 8pm and when I told them about the dead mouse in the shower they said they will try to find someone to come and clean it!!That didn’t happen!I spent some time to clean and sanitize the shower myself! Good start!There was a grill but propane tank was empty, another tank in the garage was empty!I called the next day about that but they said they are very busy and will TRY to get someone to bring us propane!That didn’t happen also!They brought propane tank Monday early morning while we had to check out at 10am!Nice!So the stuff that we brought for barbecue did not get barbecued!At the end, the only thing that they offered was "do you want to have later check out?"Of course no,Considering the price, the property is good and the rest of it was clean and good location but the management part was pretty bad. We come to beautiful Tahoe at least 3-4 times a year for all major holidays for years and never had that bad experience with management or property owners.
