A spacious, family-friendly South Lake Tahoe cabin perfectly designed for connection, comfort, and fun — a short walk to Lake Tahoe beaches, trails, a few local restaurants, and more. This 5-bedroom home features a private hot tub, game-filled bunk room, pool table, outdoor and indoor ping pong, and plenty of cozy gathering spaces, surrounded by tall pines.

The Space
Heartwood Lodge Tahoe blends the charm of classic Tahoe craftsmanship with modern comfort and family-friendly fun — modern comfort with a mountain soul.
The main living area invites relaxation with plush seating around a wood-burning fireplace and a smart TV for cozy nights. The fully equipped kitchen features high-end appliances, including an induction cooktop, extra-large oven, Nespresso machine, and air fryer — everything you need to cook, gather, and entertain with ease.
Kids (and kids at heart) will love the back game room and bunk bed room, featuring a Ms. Pac-Man multi-game arcade, PlayStation 5, convertible pool / ping pong / game table, smart TV, a large sectional, and a corner lounge area which converts into two additional twin beds. The nearby bunk room includes six custom-built bunks, each with its own USB charging port.
Adults can enjoy quiet conversation up front while the kids have their own space in back — a layout families and groups consistently love. There’s also a third living area in the corner bedroom, complete with a modular sofa and smart TV. With three separate living spaces, the home offers plenty of room to spread out or come together for connection and fun.
After a day on the slopes or by the lake, unwind in the private hot tub, grill dinner outdoors, or simply relax beneath the pines with a drink in hand.

Guest & Parking Limits
* Maximum of 10 guests, plus up to an extra 5 additional children under 13 years old, for a total of up to 15 guests with the kids included.
* Up to 2 dogs allowed (with approval & pet fee)
* Maximum of 6 vehicles — all must be parked in the driveway (no street parking per City ordinance)
Noise & Respect
* Quiet hours: 10PM – 8AM (strictly enforced by the City)
* Hot tub hours: 8AM – 10PM (strictly enforced by the City)
* No parties, bachelor/bachelorette gatherings, or similar large events
* This is a family-friendly neighborhood — responsible groups welcome
Trash & Wildlife
* South Lake Tahoe is bear country! Please secure all trash in the on-site bear box.
Age & Booking Requirements
* Primary guest must be 25+ and present during the stay
* No third-party or minor bookings
General Guidelines
* No smoking, parties, or events
* Security cameras monitor exterior entry points only, and noise decibel monitors may be present
* All guests must sign the City of South Lake Tahoe Good Neighbor Agreement before check-in
Please Note, the fireplace is currently not functional and not included in this listing,. We know how enjoyable a fire is while visiting Tahoe (esp in the winter) and we're working with the city to complete the required work and pass their stringent inspection process. We'll open it up and remove this note once it's able to be used.
