This home features a fantastic layout for families to enjoy together time or time on their own. Lounge around the fireplace in the ground floor living room and watch a movie on the 55” TV. Run upstairs and play with the plethora of games, books, and more! Featuring a miniature foosball game table!

Cook up a grand meal in the fully stocked gourmet kitchen with soft oak hardwood cabinetry and newly refurbished countertops. A 6 burner gas range, dishwasher, an assortment of small fun appliances, and a large dining table with seating for 8. You’re also welcome to enjoy a cup of coffee or this delicious meal while soaking up the sun on one of the decks. Breathe in the smell of pines surrounding this classic mountain getaway.

Once it’s time to retire for the evening you’ll have 3 bedrooms to choose from. Upstairs you’ll find an A-frame bedroom with four twin sized beds. In the hallway is a full bath w/walk-in shower. Downstairs you will find the Wheelchair Friendly room, featuring a Queen bed w/assisted lift and a handicapped wash table. Across the hall you’ll find another bedroom, featuring one king-sized bed. In the hallway, these rooms share the downstairs bathroom. Sink, vanity, laundry, and shower/tub combo reside in this room.

Please Note: this home is located in a quiet (mostly residential) neighborhood and therefore extra consideration should be made to keep the noise down.

Pets: 1-2 dogs allowed w/ pre-approval; additional fee required. No other animals are allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, & any damage caused by dog(s).
