Access the resort’s amenities, including a private beach, swimming pools, hot tub & fitness center.
This home does not have Air Conditioning.

The moment you take in the expansive lake view out the back windows, you’ll know you made the right choice. The open-concept great room w/ vaulted ceilings is designed for socializing, seamlessly connecting the kitchen, dining & living areas. The 60” flat screen, comfy couch, club chair & stone encased wood-burning fireplace take cozy winter movie nights to the next level.

The kitchen has everything you need to make quality home-cooked meals. The wooden dining table has seating for 10 & doubles as a board game table after the dishes are put away! Mix up a cocktail at the wet bar or pour a glass of wine from the wine cooler to enjoy while you watch the sunset. On the beachside deck, you’ll find a small table for 4.

The Primary bedroom is downstairs w/ a warm king bed. It’s attached to the hallway bathroom w/ a walk-in shower. On the 2nd floor, there are 2 bedrooms w/ queen beds and a 3rd bedroom w/ 2 twin beds. The 2nd floor includes 2 private sink vanities that share a bathroom w/ a shower/tub combo. The open loft on the 3rd floor has 2 twin beds & an ensuite bathroom w/ a step-in shower.

Lakeland Village amenities include private beach, pier, pools, hot tub, sauna, fitness center,As our guest, you will have access to these amenities.

Get around the city for free with the city’s new “Lake Link” on-demand ride service. Free Heavenly Ski Shuttle - pickup is at the bus stop behind the lodge on HWY 50.

There is nearby boat, SUP & kayak rental within walking distance of Lakeland Village in the summer & ski/snowboard rental in the winter.

Fantastic property. Can't be closer to the lake unless you are staying on a boat. Kids loved the pool, spa, lake, restaurants and shops nearby. Was a great place in an amazing location. Driven by this location more times than I can count and wish I would have stayed sooner.

Very Bear-y

The property and view were beautiful, we were just surprised that there are bears living in the complex! One night, a bear ripped open our bear box, and feasted on our in n out leftovers. Lovely house, and very cozy. Awesome hosts as well. Definitely recommend! Just be aware of bears :)

This was the best experience we’ve had at Lake Tahoe. RNR was professional, accommodating, responsive, and very pleasant. Facility was recently renovated and clean and in a perfect location. Well use RNR again.

Start with the good. Excellent location and view of the lake. Beds comfortable, kitchen well stocked. Fred the neighborhood bear came by a couple times which was incredible to see. Now the bad. Pictures are obviously taken when the place was new. Carpet is stained, couch is ripped, kitchen and bathroom tile floor need deep cleaning. Neighbors very close but mostly friendly. One day we get notification that our water would be turned off for 6 hours the next day. We had 7 women who needed to eat, shower, use the toilet etc... One of us was ill and in bed and couldn't go out for food or water. They apologized and brought bottled water and told us how to poor the water in the toilet tank so that it would flush. Also advised us to fill the bathtub with water and use that for toilet flushing so we could save the bottled water for cooking. Just what I wanted to do on my long awaited vacation. Next day the railing on the front steps was painted. We weren't told and there wasn't a "wet paint" sign. Clothes were ruined when arms were placed on the rail. I was offered $150 as compensation.

Amazing view and close to everything

I stayed here with friends for a ski weekend at Heavenly. The view is unbeatable! The pantry was stocked well with essentials for cooking. We comfortably fit 8 adults and all enjoyed the property.

Best Vacation Ever!

We loved the location, the place was set up great every thing was ready for us when we arrived, 4 parking pass on the table, information and rules very clear for us to understand and fallow. The kitchen was well set up and had every thing we need to cook our meals. But the place was very dirty, cobwebs every where, the oven was very dirty, it need a deep clean. carpets stained all over the place. Cabinet had years of abuse wood and stain all rubbed of around all the hardware. The place has been well abused and not kept up with and needs a remodel. Even the couch pillows had lots of stains on them, it felt dirty. :( If not for that if would of been a prefect place.

Cozy and clean

This condo felt very warm and cozy. It had everything I have in my kitchen, which made staying in and cooking comfortable and easy. The lake view is second to none, but the property is popular for vacation rentals so people walk by the back door often and the hot tub was always crowded at sunset. There is a second hot tub that we didn't use that might have been less crowded. As long as that doesn't bother you as it didn't bother us, this is an excellent rental that was easy to check-in and out of. I would definitely recommend this location to any small friend groups looking for a place where they plan on staying in more than going out or for families.
