As far as we are concerned, this is the BEST place to stay in Lake Tahoe! This is our 2nd time at this home and we love it!! Close to many places of food, casinos, shopping etc. When we come to Tahoe again we always hope to stay only here!! So relaxing and the views are magnificent!!

Lake Tahoe Vacay

The view is absolutely incredible!! Very relaxing.. the only slight negative was the private pier that is pictured on VRBO actually came apart in three places. The main part of pier was fine for us but you will need to swim to the other two sections. The maintenance and house cleaning staff were wonderful!

Perfect location

You can’t beat the lake views this place has to offer. There is so much to enjoy in Tahoe and this is a great place to start your day of adventure and to wind down when done. The house is very dated but it is fairly easy to look past that and straight to the lake views. Check in was super easy. And amenities were minimal but sufficient (we did not have coffee but brought our own so we were fine). I would sure come back if the opportunity presented itself.

Beautiful setting

Loved the location on the water. View from patio was fantastic. House was a little outdated, but clean. It could use some updating. I felt like we were back in the 80’s, but it was clean and comfortable. We would stay again. Be sure you check your spam folder for check in info. We didn’t get our check in info in our regular email and had to call, but got an immediate response with house code. Good communication with owner.

Most wonderful stay ever

Starting from a smooth checkin to late checkout Lily was always there to help us. We had to extend our stay due to storm situation and lily stood up for help. Everything in this property is worth every penny. From vintage dinnerware to a literal bear in the backyard (don’t worry you’re absolutely safe as long as you leave the bear alone). We stayed here for 4 nights it was truly an amazing experience. My baby loved the house so much she didn’t want to enter in her own home. Lots of activities and games for snow days and an impressive heating system. Highly recommend her to everyone.

Very pretty view

This house sits right next to the lake, with extra pretty views. It has all the amenities needed for a multi day family stay, well equipped kitchen and a second toilet. It’s super nice and clean, obviously well maintained. A bit of heaven. There’s just one thing that some people might find a problem with - privacy. If the next door neighbors are in, they’ll walk by right on your patio, maybe even peeking in, and you do share the lake view lawn with them. Also if you come with a second car they may use your parking spot so be prepared to park on the street.

Our little getaway!

This property has great views and is super cute, however it’s very outdated and could use some upgrades! The mattress in the main bedroom leaves a lot to be desired, but the room itself is large and open. The listing advertises that you have your own private pier to utilize, which is definitely NOT accurate because the pier is broken into 3 large pieces with giant gaps in between, that are inaccessible and will not accommodate any people. Also, the lake is very full right now (yay!), so the private beach is totally gone. We drove about 10 minutes away to go to Pope Beach, which was very nice, but it would have been preferable to not have to leave the house to go to the beach, which was what we had planned when we booked the place. The kitchen is fully stocked, so we cooked most of our meals there and sat at the cute dining room table. The upstairs room is bright, but the downstairs and the rest of the place is quite dark. And the blinds in the master bedroom and living room are quite a fuss and seem to be on their last legs. It also gets very bright in the upstairs bedroom when the sun comes up, as there is no blackout curtain. Lily the host was great! She’s very prompt at responding and check-in was super easy. However someone was parked in our uncovered spot, which left us without a spot since our truck wouldn’t fit into the covered parking with our water toys on top that we couldn’t unload (due to no beach). All in all, we had a great time and I’m glad we made the trip!

Great place!

Renting this place was very fast and easy! Lily was so great and helpful when it came to giving information about checking in and out. The cabin was so comfortable and in a beautiful location RIGHT ON THE WATER. It was my sisters birthday and the best part was this spot

Let down

Property location is prime! Beautiful lake view. The house stunk like fish odor, nothing we tried made it smell better. Furniture is uncomfortable, towels smelled bad, no instructions left for tv.

Winter extrabaganza

This was a great place to stay on our visit to Lake Tahoe winter fun. The place is cute and clean with a great location. The back access to the lake makes this place even better with what felt like its private show filled back yard to play on all the way to the Lakes edge.

Beach front smells very bad with low lake levels

Owners were incredibly responsive through remote communication. We had some issues with WiFi and after some effort on my part were improved. The major complaint I have is that the property while beachfront, when outside from about 10am to 5pm really smelled horrible. Only part of the beach is sand. The 10 or 15 feet to waters edge is mud and it smells very bad. If I could post a picture of the beach I would but it seems VRBO won't allow that. Everyday from 10am to 5pm or later the wind was north or north easterly blowing the stench from the beach up to the backyard. We could still enjoy morning coffee and evening sunsets outside when the winds were in the opposite direction blowing toward the lake as well as a beautiful view from inside the condo during the day. But we had to leave the property most of the day to avoid the stench. Knowing this ahead of time I would have booked a less expensive place that was not Lakefront and would of had the wonderful smell of a pine forest throughout the day. a few blocks from the condo you could not smell the stench from the Lake. I am sorry to say that in my opinion this place is overpriced.
