The Space:

Step inside and you’re immediately welcomed by an open first-floor living area where comfortable seating creates an inviting place to relax after a day of exploring. The living room features a Smart TV and fireplace, while the open floor plan flows naturally into the kitchen and dining area. The updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including a range, refrigerator, and dishwasher, while the dining table seats six and the counter offers additional seating for three. A 12-cup Mr. Coffee maker is also available for your morning routine.



This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a full-size bed and smart TV.



Bedroom #2 includes a full-size bed.



Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and a shared ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower.



This home also includes an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and a shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Private washer and dryer available for guest use.

• Driveway parking for 2 vehicles available.

• No street parking is permitted.

• Garage is locked and unavailable for guest use or parking.

• This home does not have air conditioning. Heating is provided by a hydronic boiler system.

• This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 2 dogs may be brought to this home. Cats are not permitted. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $50 per pet that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.

• This home is equipped with one (1) external security camera actively monitoring the front entry.
