There is a gas fireplace accompanying a large living room with comfortable seating and a big screen TV. Also, there is an oversized backyard that is forested.

Guest Access:

Please note! Prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.



Sorry! This property is pet-free, NOT pet friendly. Please note if an unauthorized pet is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.



No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00



We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries, and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.



READ BEFORE BOOKING:



Upon booking, you will receive a separate request via Airbnb resolution center for the Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) which is not included with your booking. The State of California requires us to collect tax on the rent from every guest staying 30 days or less. This feature is not currently supported on Airbnb. Here is the tax percentages associated with your stay:TOT = 4%





Please note, check-in details will not be sent until the mandatory taxes are fully paid.
