  • 50 feet from the water, Located on the Bijou area inside one of the unique spaces in the South Shore, this is the last surviving rental on this side of town. Just remodeled and refurnished, this Lakeland Village townhouse is an end unit located close to the beach, just 225' from the sand! The newly remodeled kitchen includes a granite counter with a breakfast bar, kitchen/dining nook, and tile floors. No Pets allowed except service pets. The loft sleeps 4. The living room has a gas fireplace, vaulted open beam ceilings, and a slider to the covered deck. There are two large bedrooms and both baths on the first floor. Upgraded doors and hardware throughout. Lakeland Village has 2 pools, 2 spas, 2 saunas, a fitness center, 2 tennis courts, 1000' of beach, and a private HOA pier. Close to shopping, dining, entertainment, casinos, water sports, and world-class golf and ski resorts.
    Note: One of the bathrooms is only a half bathroom, No Shower.
    Please beware before booking your stay that our property management company requires you to sign a contract additionally, in order to provide check-in instructions and grant access to the property.

Property is in a great location in the complex - close to lake and pool/snack bar common area. Parking was busy on the weekend but to be expected. The rooms were clean and communication was quick and easy. Everything went smooth. I would definitely stay again.

"What an incredible find! The location is unbeatable — steps away from the lake with that gorgeous lake vibe all around. The swimming pool and hot tub were a huge hit with our group and really set the tone for a relaxing stay. Everything you need is nearby — great food options and stores within easy reach, which makes life so much easier when travelling with a big group. The property itself had a wonderful energy and felt welcoming from the moment we arrived. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone visiting South Lake Tahoe. A perfect base for exploring this beautiful area!"

The location of this condo is amazing!!! We were right near the Heavenly California Lodge to access skiing. There were grocery stores and restaurants very close to us as well. The fire pits and hot tubs were amazing. The beach and Mountain View were literally steps away from our front door. The condo does only have one full bathroom but we made it work. We would 100% stay here again. It was a very nice location and it was removed from the crowds, which was very nice. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

My family and I had a very special time in this cozy home. We spent our nights here, and the location is fantastic—just one building back from Lake Tahoe, which was a huge plus with our kids since it meant no long walks to the water. The beach was clean, and the views were absolutely spectacular. The property itself was clean and well-maintained. We appreciated that the bedding was warm and plentiful, perfect for the cold weather. The kitchen was stocked with necessary items and spices, and the bathrooms had towels, lotion, shampoo, and body wash. The only minor inconvenience was the squeaky floor in the living room, which could be heard in the bedrooms at night.

Great location - lackluster unit

You are paying for the convenience of the property. The beach is right there. Close to several restaurants. Walking distance to Heavenly Village. Spent a lot of time at the fire pits. Amenities inside were outdated, and lackluster. I would stay at Lakeland Village again, but in a different unit.

Luxy condo

Such a nice condo in perfect location. Well maintained and the guest services team is very good at responding to request and made the reservation process very easy. We will recommend this condo and the host!! We wish we had a longer stay but work can't wait forever.

LOVE this condo

I loved staying at this condo. Beds are comfortable, smells clean, and steps from the beach. I have it 4 stars only because there AC was a portable unit which took awhile to cool the loft. Other from that- we will be staying here again.

The bulletin board on the wall gave us so many ideas where to go. The location is so convenient to the beach , to the restaurant, to the shopping center . Love it! We would like to come back again in a few months

Really enjoy our stay. The house is very beautiful and is so close to the beach. There are a lot of stores near by. I took my parents here for the first time. We enjoyed the view of sunrise and sunset very much. We want to come back again during winter.

Location of property was great, not as clean and newly renovated at description stated. Bathroom cabinets falling apart, no central ac, floors had dust bunnies. Cud use a pain job as well. Otherwise we had a great time.

AWESOME CONDO

Lets just say its a very good feeling coming to relax in such a great location in maintained condo, beds are comfortable and lots of seating around the property. The owner has made some great new updates and the home was very clean. The lake was so close we all had a blast walking on the deck and watching the sunset.

What a nice condo right next to the lake. We genuinely had the best time in Lake Tahoe stay at this condo. The area was perfect with stores and restaurants near by. Just a short drive to Carson city The staff does a good job of cleaning the property will be back soon !!

Vacation for the boys

We had the most exciting time. Snow boarding lake side chilling, and casinos all in the same area. The condo is in a nice spot close to many stores and shops. The drive to lifts was not bad having plenty of beds made it perfect for the 5 of us.

Amazing experience

This place has everything location, and a great value. We have a family trip to tahoe every year, the condo is super close to the lake we were able to walk the dog along the side of the lake each morning. The kitchen had plenty of supplies for us to cook. We couldn't have had a more relaxing time in tahoe thank you for accommodating us so well.

Great Spring Break

The condo was super nice and we enjoyed pour stay very much. The property managers are responsive and we were able to have our accommodations met. The location is great next to Whole Foods and many other stores /restaurants. Casinos are also really close by, the lakeland condos are a great value. A must stay, I highly recommend for small family. Thank you again for all the help.

What a great property, It was remodel nicely and provided us the best memories. The location is very key! You have Safeway and Whole Foods within 5 minutes as well as restaurants. The dock is great for morning walks with the wifey!! We would defiently recommend this unit to small families looking for a great vacation
