Tyst Well Kept South Lake Tahoe Familj Fritidshus Rental

Vår familj hem i Meyers / Tahoe Paradise har varit ett resmål för privat bruk, och hyresgäster både för mer än 25 år. Ägs, ​​underhållas och besöks av partnerskap både min pappa och farbror. Vi har erbjudit denna mysiga och pittoreska miljö för många år att återvända kunder. Dessutom är vårt fritidshus i Tahoe perfekt för vänner och familj för sommaren och vintern weekendresor eller längre längd semester. I sommar erbjuder vi våra 2 badrum, 4 sovrum, två våningar familjen stuga för stora säsongsbetonade priser. Vår stuga ligger mittemot Tahoe Paradise Golf Course, och under vintern snö mobila turer är öppna för allmänheten. En federal bevara och destinations vildmark omger framifrån när man tittar ut från vår familj fritidshus. Glest centrerad nära som privatägda bostäder, det finns plats nog att känna sig välkomna och privat. Atmosfären som omger oss i vår stadsdel är mycket tyst. Vår stuga är ganska liten skatt, och nöje i bekväma mysiga semesterbostäder. Det finns ett komplett kök, vardagsrum med full underhållning DVD, mini stereo och platt HD-TV. Gratis WiFi är standard med robusta internet hastigheter för din full underhållning och dator / smartphone användning under din vistelse. På övervåningen finns ett badrum med dusch och 3 separata sovrum, ett rum tillägnat barn med tre enkelsängar. Queen sängar är i två övervåningen sovrum (en har en extra enkelsäng).
Allt är "nyckelfärdiga" när du kommer in i vår semesterskid. Du hittar alla dessa bekvämligheter och badlakan och lakan är alla rengöras och underhållas regelbundet före hyresgäster anländer. Möblerna inkluderar två snyggt utses bekväma soffor och flera mysiga engångs soffor. Köket sträcker in i en matsal med en fullstor trä bord och stolar för mer än ett halvt dussin besökare. Vår stuga nere har ett badrum med dusch och 1 sovrum med en queen size-säng. Det finns gott om cubby hål att lagra livsmedel och köksbänken rymden. Kaffebryggare, brödrost, alla redskap och koppar, tallrikar nästan allt du behöver för att komma igång i köket. Även på övervåningen finns en tvättmaskin och torktumlare enhet (er) för alla dina tvättbehov. De är bekvämt beläget bakom en dörr och utom synhåll. Slutligen vår stuga är lätt att hitta och Apache Avenue är direkt framför jordbruks stopp på vägen ner på motorvägen 50/89 över toppmötet Echo. Njut av din vistelse, och har en stor tid på vår Tahoe Family Chalet & Fritidshus Uthyrning!

I'd like to buy this property

Great place to stay; Dennis, Chris and Shannon were very responsive and helpful. The front and rear decks are very well placed but can use some maintenance - be careful.

Great cabin tucked away from the crowd

We came up for the 4th and it was located in a quiet part of Tahoe tucked away from the traffic and noise of Tahoe on the 4th. Beautiful area to walk around, a quick minute walk to rent electric bikes and a short walk to the cute grocery store! Wonderful place to stay and would do it again.

Perfect location between Sierra at Tahoe & Stateline

This spot was the perfect middle ground between Sierra at Tahoe for snowboarding and going to Stateline and South Lake at night. The home itself was very cozy and the gas fireplace kept us all warm throughout the day. Would stay again.

Family together

We chose this mountain cabin for its location "near" Lake Tahoe, but not in Lake Tahoe. We have previously stayed at many cabins in the Tahoe area over the years. These cabins ranged from modern to ancient. This cabin was a great representation of 1960s mountain cabin with modern kitchen appliances. Very comfortable for the eight of us. I especially liked the freestanding (wood simulating) gas fireplace.

Place could be updated but nice and cozy old style feel. We cooked a few meals and every time the fire alarms went off. Repeatedly. Please get those fixed for the next renters. Overall good stay

Would definitely return here! Lake tahoe was beautiful. The house could use some upgrades nonetheless we slept comfortably. The house doesn't have AC so keep that in mind for your next summer trip.

Wonderful Cabin

My family had a fantastic stay at Dennis’s cabin. It’s much larger inside than it appears from the outside. It’s older and the furniture is a little worn, but all still very comfortable, so we had absolutely no issue. After all, it is a cabin in the woods. All of the beds were also great, and there was ample seating both in living room and at dining table. The only thing we would have liked was to be able to use a little bit more of the yard, as there were several fallen tree limbs that got in the way of the kids play space, but we still had a blast on the side of cabin and the deck is wonderful. We had a pop up canopy that we used on the deck- I recommend using if you visit in summer. Dennis and the property manager were quick and efficient when we needed their assistance, and we would definitely stay again!

A winter getaway

We loved this home!! I honestly think the pics in the posting do not give it justice. The house was actually nicer than the images and so cozy for me and the family. I loved that when we came home from the cold the cabin was already warm and ready for us to get comfortable in. There were movies and board games available and some sleds that we could use for the kids. The kitchen had everything to cook with which was perfect since we usually did breakfast there. There were heaters in all the rooms with the exception of the room close to the restroom. The kids were a little scared to stay alone there anyway but it was slightly drafty in that room. I wish I had more family come. There would have been plenty of space. I would definitely book here again. We all enjoyed it and it was such a cozy home. There are also instructions all over on what to do if leaving with rules. I appreciated that vs having to log into the website each time. Thank you Dennis for a wonderful stay. Rosy

Worked well - little old

The cabin is a hole worked well everything seem to be in good order. Had plenty of utensils, plates, forks, cups, have seating arrangements. The heater worked well and it was very comfortable. Property manager did a good job cleaning up the snow while we were there, allowing us places to park. Upstairs is a little bit cramped for six grown men with the bathroom being a little awkward. In general, it was just an older cabin with decent accommodations but definitely not a five-star resort.

Very understanding

The cabin has a very nice location. It is very close to a gas station, mart, and Lake Tahoe. It has all the amenities it promised and Dennis is very responsive. Though there were a few issues with the property management, Dennis was considerate in understanding our qualms and resolved it very amicably.

Great place in South Lake!

This house was a great choice for our vacation to South Lake Tahoe! It was close enough to the downtown area as well as Hwy 89 to take us around the lake. The house was large and comfortable for 6 people, and would be perfect in the summer or winter.

Great fun, definitely would rent again.

So, we enjoyed the stay. It had all the essentials . The only things we would have like better is to have a cleaned up yard, so we could have played with the kids outside. There were many broken tree branches and trees which made it hard to enjoy the outside of the house. Also maybe getting the carpets cleaned and when showering the water pools at the bottom.

Nice getaway

Stay with friends for skiing

Great location, Great Owner

We stayed here during the insane snowfall of 2021 Christmas. It was an unforgettable experience as we had to extend our stay given the extreme weather and hence, the road closure. However, despite everything, we are super grateful for the location of the cabin, walkable to many stores and also saved us hours of waiting-in-line when 50 reopened. Beyond the great location, the owner and management are extremely helpful, communicative and empathetic of our situation. The owner even allowed us to stay free for the 2 extra nights and arranged snow removals. We are also very thankful for our snow removal guy who made such a great effort helping us and got stuck so many times himself. Again, thank you Dennis for letting us stay in your cabin and thanks for the kindness all around.
