“Nice, big hotel. Comfortable bed.
Some people have written in the reviews that the hotel is in a bad area. It is not. The area is filled with new business.
Hotel has totally self check-in witch can be frustrating. However, they have easy communication by their service team by WhatsApp. It might take some time to get some things done but they solved my problems. The elevators didn't all work which could cause some waiting. ”

“This hotel overcharged me and I ended up paying over $600 total for a one-night stay.
As a rewards member, I expected much better treatment and customer service, but instead I dealt with terrible customer service and a complete lack of accountability.
Do not trust these people with your card information. They will overcharge you and not properly reimburse you when issues happen.
Please save yourself the stress and money go anywhere else but this hotel.”

“The room was clean, and the staff was great. We were able to keep the room cool enough. The king bed room, however, was TINY. It was small for one person, but unacceptable for two people. The was only space for one piece of luggage to place off of the floor. Desktop space and bathroom countertop space were inadequate. The cubby hole to hang clothes was laughably small. If you’re traveling with more than one person, and you need to stay more than one night, I would recommend looking to another...

“Large room and bathroom. Great water pressure. Easy to park. Nice staff. But very strong smell of ammonia in lobby and wifi do not reach 4th floor (you have to go to lobby to use). Very boring area around hotel and about 15 min drive to town. Not very good breakfast but a really big plus for real eggs in the scrambled eggs. So totally ok but very overpriced. ”
