    The Space:

    This 1 bedroom condo complex is directly beachfront on the north end of South Padre Island with 2 heated pools. Oct to April heated pools are a definite rare find on the Island.



    Remodeling done in June of 2022 consisted of new kitchen, painting, and new furniture. It has very high ceilings and fans to make it feel spacious. The common area grounds have a cool retro vibe of a by gone era we think you'll dig. It is not brand new out there, we want that noted by our guests.



    Must be 25 years of age or older to rent (primary tenant - clearly your kids are allowed)



    Please keep in mind that it's a basic condo within walking distance of the beach you simply exit the unit and walked by the two pools and the grounds to access the beach while the complex is beachfront this unit has no View and is not beachfront and I say this as a repetition so that this is recognized because we don't want anyone disappointed



    This is a 2nd floor condo.



    *Free Parking Off Street



    One of the great features that is quite rare for a 1 bedroom condo is the great amount of sleeping space. The 1 bedroom has a stand alone full sized bed, plus a bunk bed that is a twin over full. In the living room, there is a pull out couch as a full sized bed. We do also provide a full sized airbed (do bring extra bedding though if you wish to use)



    The kitchen is fully equipped with pots/pans/dishes/etc. plus the eat in breakfast bar is great for quick meals and helps save you money.



    For families with young children or Grandparents wanting to bring their grandchildren down this is a perfect location.



    Towels and linens are provided as well as basic toiletries. There are coin operated laundry facilities on site here with washers and dryer.



    While the complex is beachfront, this condo does not have a beach nor pool view and the patio is there though nothing to brag about. Please accept this prior to booking. Still..you...at least don't have to walk across the street to access the beach or use your condo once you are on the beach with the family nor lug your pop up tent or beach toys too far.



    You can walk to a few beachfront bars & restaurants nearby



    This condo & complex is very family friendly. It is not a party complex and therefore it is a requirement the primary guest is 25 years of age or older.

    There are other house rules that apply to booking this please review those PRIOR to booking message me within Airbnbs system, not after as I do have a strict no cancel / no refund policy once you have booked.



    The city of south padre short term rental permit is available upon request.



    While I do have an electronic lock we set with a code for entry, you will be required to still visit the property front desk upon check in to register all guests name, vehicle license plate, and be given a parking permit. During peak times they do require use of wristbands they give you and max is 6 bands.



    While we have the best available Internet/wifi from spectrum they are the only provider on the island and up time and coverage can be spotty at times we want you to be aware of that



    If you can't find the network name SouthPadreTrips it's usually means we had a power outage and when the power comes back on It typically defaults the router to the factory network name and password, which is located on a sticker on top of the router.



    Generally, if you reboot the router by unplugging it for a few minutes and plugging it back in it will pop up

    Our listing again, REQUIRES that the primary tenant is 25 years of age or older to book & must be present at check in. You MUST contact us prior to booking if you are not 25 - no exceptions - though it IS POSSIBLE sometimes with additional requirements.



    2.) Please take note we do require an E sign rental agreement with an attached photo ID after booking is made, We require to maintain our City of South Padre Island Rental License a signed rental agreement you may esign by docusign prior to arrival to be checked in with door code therefore you must provide your email address. You must attach a pic of your photo ID OR upload to Airbnb messaging to age verify as 25 years of age or older. If you are not 25, we do NOT allow you to book unless you contact us first :) though it may be possible with additional requirements



    Please contact us prior to making a reservation not after about these stipulations above as we have a strict cancel policy. We are fully disclosing this prior to booking and require all guests to read and agree to all house rules as well as submit a docusign rental agreement contract with a pic of your photo ID to age verify. This is not optional



    Guest Access:

    You will have full private access to our second floor one bedroom condo. Inside, you can enjoy the comfortable bedroom, a full bathroom, and a spacious living area equipped with a full kitchen and breakfast bar. Outside of the unit, you have complete access to the complex grounds, which feature a charming retro aesthetic and two heated swimming pools perfect for relaxing. The complex is beachfront, allowing you to easily walk from your door past the pools and grounds directly to the sand and water. We also provide free off street parking for one vehicle during your stay. Please note that while our complex is located directly on the beach, this specific unit does not offer a view of the water or the pools.



    The Neighborhood:

    Our condo is perfectly situated on the north end of South Padre Island, offering the ultimate convenience for beach lovers. Because our complex is located directly on the beach, you can walk from your door past our two heated pools and across the grounds to reach the sand and water in just a few minutes. Beyond the immediate beach access, you are within easy walking distance of several local bars and restaurants, making it simple to grab a meal or a cold drink without needing to drive. The neighborhood is known for its family friendly atmosphere, providing a relaxing environment for guests of all ages to enjoy the island lifestyle.



    Getting Around:

    Getting around South Padre Island is easy and convenient. We provide free off street parking for one vehicle directly at the complex, which is a great perk for island living. If you are traveling by car, please note that a golf cart is considered a vehicle under our parking policy. For those arriving via public transit, the Island Metro offers free shuttle services throughout the area, with stops accessible nearby. The nearest major airport is Brownsville South Padre Island International Airport, which is approximately a forty minute drive from our location.



    Other Things to Note:

    Please note that the primary tenant must be twenty five years of age or older and must be present at check in. We require a completed electronic rental agreement and a copy of your photo identification prior to your arrival to finalize your booking and provide access codes. Check in time is at three in the afternoon and check out is at eleven in the morning. Upon arrival you are required to visit the property front desk to register all guests and receive your parking permit. This unit includes one off street parking space and golf carts are considered vehicles under our parking policy. The property enforces quiet hours from ten in the evening until nine in the morning and strictly prohibits parties and smoking. We provide a starter pack of essential supplies but we do not replenish these items during your stay. At check out please set the thermostat to seventy eight degrees, place all dishes in the dishwasher, and remove your trash to the designated dumpsters to avoid an additional cleaning fee. Please be aware that this unit does not have a view of the beach or the pool.



    Interaction with Guests:

    We want your stay to be as comfortable as possible. I am Tamika, the owner of this condo, and I manage it alongside my friend Chad and his office staff. Because I am not always available online, you may receive responses from Chad or Cindy in our office to ensure you get the quickest assistance. Please communicate with us exclusively through the messaging system provided by this platform. Our local office is open seven days a week from nine in the morning until five in the evening to assist you with any needs during your stay.

We loved the condo. Cute, simple, AC blows COLD! We had everything we needed to cook meals a few days.The grounds are beautifully kept.Location is great for less beach congestion and you can rent loungers and umbrellas right on the beach.
