  • Summary:

    Blue Siren House puts you in a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom ground-floor townhome on South Padre Island — one level, zero stairs, half a block from public beach access with no road to cross. It is one side of a quiet two-unit duplex and the owner lives on the other, so the privacy here is something most island rentals simply cannot match. At 1,200 square feet with 14-foot ceilings through the main living area, there is more room to move around than most beach rentals will give you.



    The Space:

    The kitchen is stocked for real cooking — pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and counter space to spread out. It opens directly into the living area, which is where that square footage starts to make sense.



    Worth saying upfront: this is an older property that has not been remodeled. It is clean, well-kept, and priced honestly for what it is. If brand-new finishes are the priority, other listings on the island will serve you better. If a spacious, private townhome with a genuine South Padre feel sounds right — this is the one.

    SLEEPING (Up to 8 Guests)

    King bed in the master bedroom. Two singles in the second bedroom. The living room pull-out works as a double, and there is an airbed with a pump stored in the closet. All standard beds have crisp, clean sheets and comforters — if you plan to use the pull-out or the airbed, please bring your own bedding for those. Eight is the listed maximum; six is the comfortable count.



    THE OUTDOORS

    There is a side yard alongside the backyard, giving the property more outdoor buffer than you typically get in this price range. The garage will not fit a vehicle but does a good job storing beach chairs, umbrellas, and gear so the inside stays tidy. When grilling, please bring your own setup and clean the area when you are finished.



    PARKING

    Two spots included, always free. High-speed WiFi is included as well — note that Spectrum service on the island can be spotty, so if you have work that cannot wait, bring a personal hotspot enabled cell as backup.



    NEIGHBORHOOD

    This townhome is located on E gardenia, and is walkable to the SPI Wine Bar for those that would like wine tasting in an intimate setting; Josphine’s Kitchen (bit further) for excellent breakfasts & lunches: Work out buffs can go to the truly world class brand new Island Fitness that sells day passes for about $15



    PETS

    Dogs are welcome for an additional fee — up to two at a time. Pets are not permitted on furniture, may not be left alone in the home or yard to bark, and must be leashed when outside. Please clean up after your pet (do-doo), as a charge will apply if left for the cleaning crew.

    Please note you must read, understand, and agree to all House Rules prior to booking.

    POLICIES

    Primary guest must be 23 or older. Guests under 23 require prior approval before booking and a substantial additional refundable damage deposit, if approved at all. A signed digital rental agreement and valid photo ID are required before check-in. Strict cancellation policy applies. No smoking, no parties, no loud music at any time. The property is security patrolled at night.

    You'll have exclusive access to this entire two-bedroom, two-bathroom ground-floor townhome. The garage is available for storing beach gear but cannot accommodate a car.

For dining, SPI Wine Bar is nearby for intimate wine tasting experiences. For breakfast or lunch, Josephine's Kitchen is within a reasonable distance. Fitness enthusiasts can enjoy the brand-new Island Fitness, offering day passes. This neighborhood provides a blend of relaxation and convenience, making it an ideal spot for your island getaway.



    Getting Around:

    Getting around Blue Siren House is easy. You'll have free parking for two cars right on the property, a major convenience on South Padre Island. Public transportation options on the island are limited, so having your own vehicle is recommended. The townhome is located close to the beach and local amenities, making many destinations walkable. For those arriving by air, the closest airport is Brownsville South Padre Island International Airport (BRO), approximately a 35-40 minute drive away. Consider ride-sharing services or taxis for airport transfers, or utilize your own vehicle for maximum flexibility during your stay.



    Other Things to Note:

    Please note: Check-in is at 3 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. A digital rental agreement and a valid photo ID are required before check-in. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old unless prior arrangements are made. This is a non-smoking property, and parties or loud music are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM. Up to two dogs are welcome with an additional fee; please ensure they are leashed when outside and clean up after them. Free parking is available for two cars. Starter toiletries and cleaning supplies are provided, but not replenished. For stays longer than two nights, complimentary linen and towel exchange is available at the South Padre Trips office. Plenty of space for our large family of 7 with plenty of blankets & places to sleep comfortably, plenty of towels but I recommend bringing your own for beach days - WASHER & DRYER IS A GODSEND! Kitchen has all the essentials, plenty of flatware, plates, bowls, glasses, etc (FYI: all glass, no plasticware for the littles but dollar general is located 2 mins away). We cooked everyday & didn’t have to buy any cookware as the kitchen is well equipped. We loved how hot the water gets in the showers & the thermostat was set on igloo when we got there. PERFECT and I can’t stress this enough, STAY. In the cut but close to the party. Iykyk.We were near gravity park, numerous souvenir stores, restaurants, etc. The property is located on a quiet street between 2 different beach accesses, just a 5 min walk. Beach access 13 (about 7 min walk) has showers to rinse off at the boardwalk. AWESOME STAY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND, WILL STAY AGAIN.
