ABOUT THE HOME

The living area features high vaulted ceilings and a 55” flat screen smart TV. Catch your favorite shows, or simply sit and chat on the sectional sofa and wicker chairs for eight.
In the evenings, memorable meals begin in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring fully stocked cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Whip up dinner and gather in the dining area, where a round glass table seats six- eight.
Sleep soundly in the upstairs master suite with a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and 48” flat screen TV. The bedroom boasts a private water-view balcony with two chaise lounges, and an en-suite master bath with jetted glass shower.
The second bedroom features a twin-over-full bunk with trundle bed and a 48” flat screen TV, while the third bedroom offers a king bed, patio access, and a 48” flat screen TV.
The fourth bedroom offers a king-size bed and direct access to the front patio.
A second full bathroom is configured with a dual vanity and glass shower.
Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, and a washer/dryer. Reserved outdoor parking is provided for one vehicle; unassigned parking for one additional car is first-come, first-serve.
This unit occupies the second and third floors of the building; stairs are required to gain access. Please note that the private dock accommodates boats up to 24’ maximum.
