Vår lägenhet är en 2 sovrum / 2 badrum bottenvåningen lägenhet. Det är GRUNDGOLVGÅNG till stranden med fri utsikt! Inga röra med hissar och trappor från högre våningar ... bara gå ut altandörren och du är steg till stranden !!!

Föreställ dig en plats där du kan vakna upp till en vacker soluppgång varje morgon från komforten i ditt sovrum. Vårt bostadsrätt ligger på bottenvåningen i centrum av byggnaden och går bokstavligen till stranden! Njut av panoramautsikten från sovrummet, vardagsrummet och köket. Koppla av på uteplatsen på kvällen och njut av ljudet från havet och den lugn som ges av ett mycket speciellt lägenhet på en mycket speciell plats. Du hittar helt enkelt inte en lägenhet på South Padre Island med bättre utsikt och tillgång till stranden.

Beautiful. Very cozy! Well decorated and clean. Love the pantry with basic needs plus. View of ocean is so nice from the wall of windows… and access to beach couldn’t get much easier. Would stay again!! Kitchen renovation - amazing.

Perfect getaway

We've been coming to SPI for 40 years and don't know how we missed this jewel. These condos are well managed, very clean, and the staff was extremely friendly. The condo we stayed in was as described. Well appointed and very clean (beautifully decorated - a plus). As it says in the title the view was amazing and the walk to the beach is only steps from the back door. These owners thought of everything. We just wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks for a great getaway.

Exceeds the write up

This is an outstanding property. Views of the beach from your porch and the den abound. The beach is one of the last on the island and affords privacy and less crowds than those condos in the middle of the island. The kitchen had EVERYTHING you could possibly need to cook and the pantry was generously stocked. Ed was prompt and accommodating in all my communications with him. The condo complex is very well maintained! Rarely do places end up as good as the write up indicates, but this one exceeded my expectations. Thank you, Ed, for sharing your "home away from home" with us.

Great Location & Beautiful Views!

The condo was fantastic! Spotless and clean! It was stocked with all the stuff we needed. Check in and out was super easy. The views in the morning are simply breathtaking. Beach access is close and the beach is amazing! You're at the very tip of the island so it's less busy and more relaxing. The pool, Jacuzzi, and pickle ball court is an added bonus. The property is gated and very well maintained. We will be back!

We liked being able to see the beach from the condo and being within walking distance. The condo had laundry on site which was also fantastic! The condo was clean and had several things such as paper plates, spices, sunscreen etc for us to use. The community pool was heated and we had access to the pool at our building and at building I, which we liked. The reason for a loss of a star; the beds were very uncomfortable. We struggled to get a good night's rest the whole time we were there. The double beds are best sized for two children, not two adults with 6 people. The property would best serve 5 or less people at a time.

The property was nice. We were disappointed that the Island was not good for biking or much else to do for active people. The weather was not good, too foggy. Though, weather can’t be helped. Also, South Padre is not easy to get to, we most likely will not return. None of this has anything to do with the property

Perfect vacation getaway

This condo is perfect in every way! It has everything you need from cookware, utensils, and glassware. The bathroom and kitchen towels are so nice. They have thought of all the small details that make the stay wonderful. We loved the location and being on the ground floor allowed us to walk right out and onto the beach. The unit is the cleanest we have ever been in - very impressed. The owner was so good about informing us of anything that might come up. The communication with the owner couldn't be any better. It is also very quiet. The condo building was constantly being cleaned and well maintained. I loved the pool area. So glad we stayed and will definitely come back!!

We lived it

Our stay was wonderful, clean, convenient and exactly as described. We could not have asked for more. The owners even called us to warn of a potential issue (that wasn’t ) and solutions for a fix. I didn’t answer my phone, so they sent a text and called the condo. A wonderful trip, thanks for sharing your home with us.

Perfect location

This was our first time on South Padre Island and we were pleasantly surprised by how nice it was! The condo was amazing and spacious and we loved how close it was to the ocean. We greatly appreciated the beach chairs, toys and wagon. We loved the island and would definitely stay here again when we return.

The complete package

This condo has everything you need. Steps from the beach. It is stocked and furnished like a home. The owner is attentive and professional. He communicates throughly. He provides information on where to eat and things to do. Virginia is a face to the property. She is local. She cares for the inside of property units and guess. She goes puts in the extra effort to make you stay the best it can be.

Best location condo on the island

This condo was beautiful and very clean. It has security on premise and a lock gate to go through so I felt very safe. Great location away from the busy traffic and hotels. Nice pool and hot tub. Enjoyed playing tennis with my son which the condo furnished the rackets and balls. If you want a relaxing place to say at, this is the condo for relaxing and for young family with kids. Owner Ed always got back to me right away when I had any questions. I would definitely stay here again!!
