Relaxing Respite at the Beach

This is a great property! How often do you find a house with a private pool & hot tub with four king-size beds? We didn't have any problems with the house. However, the pool was a little problematic because in order to heat the hot tub, one must also warm the pool. If there was an alternative, we couldn't figure it out. So, we mostly just used the hot tub because swimming in the pool was just too warm. Beach access was great. Half a block walk, across a street, and you're there. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we'd need to cook meals. We would definitely return.

Anniversary get together

House was nice but ceiling fans and a/c vents were filthy. We all suffered allergy symptoms and i even h Git asthma triggers. Yet, air quality not good. Pool needed vaccum because pool floor was real gritty. Some of our food spoiled because Fridge wasn't cooling enough amd the freezers ice maker never worked! Staff was courteous, but House needs work.

A Perfect House

This house is perfectly designed for multiple families. Absolutely love that every bedroom had its own bathroom. The large kitchen and dining area makes a comfortable setting for eveyone to gather. Plus, the private pool is convenient for beating the heat along with the walking distance to the beach access. Highly recommend!!!

Great house in great location

Great location and rooms for our entire family

Room for our family of 13, close to the beach and activities. Pool at the house was a big hit for the family. There were a few maintenance issues that didn’t get resolved, ice maker didn’t work, the heater for the spa and pool worked but the display didn’t work do you didn’t know what setting you were on. The electric door lock wouldn’t work all the time but they did bring us keys . I was a little upset when we arrived on the island and the house was still being cleaned so we had lunch , did shopping and sightseeing. We decided to go by the property 30 minutes before check in and wait. The backyard was open and the cleaning crew said it was okay to sit out back till they were done. No one was in the pool we were just resting and I got a phone call from the rental company telling me we could not be on the property till check in even though it was 30 minutes.,we left and was given a check in at the check in time. Thought ASPI was a little rude in there actions

Family Vacation

The place was exactly as described. The heated pool was so nice. The beach supplies in the garage were a nice added touch. Nice close walk to the beach and water faucet to wash your feet when you arrive back at the place. Would definitely stay at this place again on our next family trip!

Great family holiday

I’ll say that the additional fees were a bit ridiculous, but the whole process of renting, entering and leaving were flawless. After reading details for all the properties available to rent, the house was just as described. My family didn’t know what to expect when I said I’d rented a house for us, but everyone was impressed and grateful for the added amenities. Even my sand hating husband has requested to go back!

Perfect for Large Group

We were a group of 13 adults. Overall, the experience was great but the house could use some extra cleaning. Upon first impression, the chairs outside were dirty, the entry door was quite dirty inside and out. There was a layer of dust on the stairway and the first thing you see after going up the stairs is the vent for the AC filter which needed cleaning. The sheets for one room had sand/dirt and the pillows could use a wash. The patio furniture had not been cleaned either. It is my opinion that if you are renting out a property and know a group is coming you should have it fully prepped, meaning cleaned for that perfect first impression. I understand it is the beach, but it seemed things hadn't even been wiped down in quite some time. The layout of the house is great. Everyone had their own bed and bathroom with private balcony. There were no dish towels, and no cutting board in the kitchen. There were no towels, hand or bath, upon arrival but the rental company took care of that in a timely manner. The rental company made it easy to communicate with regarding any issues or requests. I would definitely consider staying here again. I suggest having a broom and a swiffer in the house for guests to use as needed.

Very Nice Accommodations

It was a great rental for our family, it does indicate this property sleeps 18 we had 10 I think 18 might get a little crowded. 14 would be comfortable, if you had a lot of little children than 18 would be ok. It was very nice having our own swimming pool as well.

Great beach vacation house

House was in a great location with ample room for family to visit. The large space allowed for several guests to spend time cooking, playing cards/board games and swimming in the private pool. The only cons I would like to mention were the pillows and bedding being flat and worn, and the lack of kitchen towels. There wasn’t a single kitchen towel in the unit. We did appreciate the ample amount of bathroom towels, soaps, lotions, and trash bags. I would definitely rent here again do to the bedroom layout, private pool, and ample space in the common areas. I also loved that each bedroom had its own bath. I fully enjoyed the patio and balcony spaces as well.

Perfect for large gatherings

Check out my other review of adjacent property as we had both the blue and green houses. Pool was a life saver for cold days and before dinner gathering times. Kitchen well equipped for cooking large meals-no crock pot, cookie sheet and few kitchen linens but otherwise very well equipped. Short on blankets but the island isn’t super cold but the AC was! Great place to stay. Would like to return in the future and rent again.
