Everyone can relax in central air conditioning, and tile flooring on the entire ground floor means tracking in sand won't be a problem. Guests will also enjoy access to a shared outdoor pool during their stay - thanks to the private washer/dryer, you'll have enough towels to do everything!

Perched in a perfect location for enjoying attractions in the area, the Las Joyas community sits about seven miles southwest of the warm beaches of South Padre Island. Long Island Village Golf Course is just three-and-a-half away! Enjoy learning about local wildlife (including dolphins!) with a tour from Fins To Feathers, based just over two miles away. But if turtles are your favorite, you'll love visiting Sea Turtle, Inc. just eight-and-a-half miles away.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
