Välkommen till La Casa Del Caballero, ett prestigefylldt 5 sovrum, 5 & 1/2 badrum hemma vid stranden på South Padre Island. 14 sovplatser för gäster, detta hus vid havet är en MÅSTE SE egendom för din nästa romantiska tillflyktsort, familjesemester eller flickvän reträtt! Bottenvåningen innebär ett rymligt vardagsrum med stor platt-TV, matplats utrustad med en underbar bar och ett fullt utrustat kök med rostfria vitvaror inklusive två mikrovågor, 2 ugnar, handhållna och elektriska kökshjälpblandare, 2 kaffebryggare och mycket mer ! Alla tre områden har utsikt över den privata poolen och bubbelpoolen och ger gästerna en fantastisk utsikt över stranden och är rullstolsvänliga!

Gästerna har valet mellan 5 eleganta sovrum! På bottenvåningen har det första rummet en queen size-säng med låg uppvärmning, badrum med handikappanpassat badrum med duschkabin och stor garderob. Bara på övervåningen hittar du sovrummet med king size-säng och privat balkong vid havet. Master-badrummet har en duschkabin och en otrolig badkar. Nere i korridoren har det tredje sovrummet en Queen size-säng, den fjärde Full våningssängar med ytterligare Twin Trundle säng, Twin size bäddsoffa och en spjälsäng. Det femte sovrummet har en king size-säng. Alla rum har eget badrum, stor platt-TV och klädkammare.

Fastigheten har också alla 4K Smart TV-apparater med DVD / CD-spelare, Wi-Fi med flera noder för utmärkt signalstyrka i hela fastigheten, USB-laddningsportar i flera rum, 2 brickor och torktumlare (en på övervåningen och en nedervåningen, garage med en sekund kylskåp och en handikappad, lyftstol för poolen!

Oavsett om du tillbringar tid inne omgiven av elegant kustinredning och fin finish, eller utanför kylning i den privata poolen, suger upp värmen i badtunnan och gör oändliga resor till stranden via din egen strandpromenad, kommer detta fantastiska hus att göra gör din strandresa som ingen annan!

Fantastic beach house!

One of the best rental properties that we've ever stayed at, hands down! Communication with the property manager was quick, efficient, and very polite. The house was clean and the bathrooms and kitchen were amazingly well-stocked. The beds were so comfy and every room and bedroom had so much space and all of the amenities that you could ask for. The pool was beautiful and a good size given the size of the backyard. Loved the ease of the boardwalk straight to the beach. Needless to say, we were sad to pack up to head home at the end of our stay! Highly recommend this rental property and will definitely look to rent this property the next time we come to South Padre!

Beautiful Beach Property

We had 10 in our group ranging from 5 years old to 71. The home was perfect for our family. Each bedroom included a private bathroom and there’s a washer/dryer upstairs and in the garage. There are 2 refrigerators, too. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, glasses, cookware, utensils, bar ware, etc. The property management provided excellent service.

The house was very convenient to all activities we were hoping for. Right on the beach!! Also, we were pleasantly surprised when we saw there were tons of beach toys, chairs, boogie boards, etc. available in the garage for us to use as the listing was very vague. The heated pool and hot tub was a huge plus! SPI was very attentive when a problem with the pool arose. Someone was sent within the hour, which was very much appreciated. The house itself has seen better days – a lot of items were worn or broken. Also, a deep cleaning would’ve been appreciated between guests.

Great Property Except for Hot Tub

We had our extended family of 11 people staying here for the Christmas holidays. The house was awesome - clean, well-stocked, great location. It was especially nice that each bedroom had their own private bathroom. Our only complaint was that we booked this house because of the pool and hot tub, but the heaters didn't work most of the time. Some of our family was coming down from freezing Minnesota and looking forward to spending time in the hot tub every night. The rental management company responded very quickly to our calls that it wasn't working; however, the maintenance man that came out could not get it to work either and said he would have the pool guy come out. He came out once but left without even talking to us. One of the heaters would come on randomly for awhile and then shut off so we never knew when or how long it was going to be heated. Very frustrating as well as the fact that there were no written instructions as to how it was supposed to work. The management company did end up compensating us for not being able to use the hot tub and pool; but obviously, it did put a damper on our expectations for the vacation.

Perfect location right on the beach

We had 13 in our group from adults to middle school and location was great. Pool and hot tub were huge hit. Beach was great and the chairs, wagon and umbrella in garage were nice to have as well. The Wanna Wanna right around the corner has good food and drinks. Will definitely come back

June 1 visit

This was a great property and fit our needs exactly. I would suggest you put some scrubby’s of some kind in the kitchen along with more kitchen towels. The refrigerator icemaker was not working properly and I forgot to say anything about it and the upstairs dryer was not working properly but that was not a huge hassle. We enjoyed being right on the gulf.

A few issues inconvenienced us… stove did not work the first day, coffee bar outlets stopped working, internet down, water came in through the master bedroom balcony sliding door during the storm and flooded floor. Other than that we loved the house and location on the beach. If issues are resolved, we may rent again in the future. Rudy C.

South Padre is for families!

All was very well and better than described. It was record hot and our pool filter blew and they couldn't fix it while we were still there because of parts being ordered. Having a pool most of my life, I knew in this weather with small children, the pool would not stay appropriately sanitized. After my husband got on the phone, they agreed to let us move next door since no one would be there. It was very nice also. The pool was even better than our first place. The dryer didn't work. We had so much wet clothes and towels. They came to try to fix it and said it would be fixed by Friday because he would overnight the parts needed. I called multiple times when no one ever came the next 2 days to fix it and no one called me back. I spoke with someone the last time I called and was told they would call me right back. Never got a call back. It wasn't the end of the world or anything and I know things break. The fact that no one called me back to at least tell me it would not be fixed would have been nice so we could have had an alternate plan. Like I said, not the end of the world. We put all our clothes all over the house and outside on chairs and gates and any place possible. I know it's not the condo owners fault since I am sure they pay a pretty penny for the property management company toake sure all is well. And I know I paid a very pretty penny to stay here also.

Exactly what we hoped for!

This is a beautiful home right on the beach. Beautiful views and a nice pool. Easy access to all the SPI activities. The house is well laid out and included toiletries, bath towels, dish and clothes detergent and two garbage bags. You’ll need to purchase more if you run out. Bring your own beach towels (or buy some on the island for cheap). Our family loved staying here. The Information sheet says the crib is portable, but it is not. It’s in the room with the bunk beds, which was kind of a problem for us, but we made do. We highly recommend staying here, and would definitely stay again.

Leaky house

Not sure how long this review can be but here it goes. My family is mold sensitive so I emailed to make sure this property did not have water intrusion. Spi told me in writing that this property had no water intrusion. On the 3rd day of our trip it rained... inside. The master bedroom on the second floor flooded with water coming in through the tracks of the locked and closed exterior door. We used every towel in the house to stop it from pouring in. That wasn’t enough and we had to start using blankets bc spi said there’s nothing they can do until it starts raining ... and also couldn’t bring more towels to save this homeowners home bc of a towel shortage. I was told by a worker that he’s busy bc many properties are leaking bc of the rain as it never rains in padre. We were left all day in the house unable to leave bc we had to constantly replace towels and paper towels so the water didn’t cascade out of the bedroom. Shortly after that our son noticed water dripping in through a can light in family room. We were left with a bucket. After that, we heard a loud crash and the fan fell down on the exterior balcony and crashed onto the floor. Maintenance came to remove it and dripped rust spots through the house staining the stair runner. We called maybe 5x that day and management offered no apologies. They were rude. We disputed the home on Amex bc they lied to us about water intrusion. This was a mild rain.. obviouslu not the first time this has happened. Check in was also weird. They had 2 people working desk but only allowed 1 person inside (Masks required). Made me stand outside waiting just so they could text me a code to get into the property. It’s a shame bc this property is very well decorated but if it rains, you are paying a fortune a night to ensure this home doesn’t flood.

Long weekend family vacation

This house is beautiful!! Right on the ocean, little Tiki bar right next door. Everything was wonderful!!! We had an amazing time! Only thing, they only gave us one trash bag. I feel like at this type of home, and for the price they should provide a small box of trash bags that only cost $2. Other than that, would love to stay again.
