We loved San Padre island as a destination - driving the truck onto the beach is a real wow for a Brit as you can’t really do that in our country. The house is well located but would suggest is comfortable for up to 4 people staying - any more than that would be too cramped unless you have young children. We toured Texas for three weeks and this was our recharge week and it worked a treat. Thank you

The back room air conditioner is leaking inside the house. This needs to be looked into. I contacted the owner directly on the matter. The front door needs better instructions on how to lock. We looked it up on the internet and figured it out but it needs to be included in the house instructions. Otherwise, great place to stay. Thanks

It was very clean and stocked with just about anything you would need. The host was also very helpful and responsive to any questions I had. Excellent Choice for a Family Stay

We had such a wonderful time at SPI! Every evening, we enjoyed beautiful sunsets from the front deck, and the weather couldn’t have been better. The extra amenities were just what we needed. Our grandchildren loved playing golf, basketball, and pool, and they had a blast with the puzzles and games that were tucked away in the closet. The private swimming pool in the yard was definitely utilized! I can’t recommend Courtney's place enough, and I’d absolutely choose it again for our next getaway!
