    Unwind in the sunny living area on a love seat or queen sofa bed. The 44-inch TV with cable and a DVD player is perfect for laid-back movie nights. Chefs in your group will appreciate the well-appointed kitchen. Mix tropical drinks at the wet bar, then sip and chat at the four-seat kitchen bar as dinner simmers. When your meal is ready, gather around the table for four in the dining area. In-home amenities include complimentary WiFi, cable TV, and a washer/dryer.

    Suntide III will be undergoing a building restoration and spalling repair project from September 21, 2026 through March 19, 2027

    Active construction will be taking place on both the beachside and bayside of the property, and the outdoor pool will be closed for the entire duration of the project. The heated indoor pool and hot tub will still be accessible during this time

The property itself is in a good location and the view of the gulf from our condo was beautiful. They are making nice updates to the building (new landscaping, new furniture, nice main entrance). Now to the condo, it was cheaply updated and isn’t nearly as nice as some of the other condos we were in at Suntide III (we had friends stay there as well). The most alarming thing about this condo is the cleanliness. The floors were not clean, furniture was dusty and the most alarming part was we found blood spots on the mattress protector in the master bedroom. There wasn’t blood on the sheets which tells me the cleaners saw the blood and chose not to change the mattress protector. The only reason this was spotted was because the comforter got pulled back and it was in the corner of the mattress protector (by where your feet would be). We contacted the front desk immediately and they sent someone up to change out the bedding. We wanted to discuss more with the manager and we stopped by the front desk every day to discuss with her and left our phone and email and have yet to hear back (we found the stain on 3/26 and it is now 4/8). Along with that, the shower in the master didn’t work when we arrived but they sent someone to fix it the next day. It still didn’t work 100% (you had to turn the dial back and forth to get hot water). Due to the cleanliness issues and lack of response from the onsite manager, we would never stay at the resort again.
