    Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.

    Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.

    - This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
    - The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
    - Parties are strictly prohibited.
    - Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.
    - Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
    - Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
    - This vacation home does not allow pets.

Everything was pretty much as advertised. Laundry was available, but with an on-site laundromat that required quarters to operate. It wasn't included with the unit. Everything was clean and reasonable for the price.

Overall a great little weekend getaway! The unit was clean...decor a little dated but it was fine for a long weekend. The pool was really clean and refreshing. Beware the hot tub gets REALLY hot and only about 2 of the jets worked. We actually drove down to one of the access points for a beach day so I can't say about time to walk to the beach but it's very close. I want to say the customer service was really good. The blender in the kitchen didn't work and I had it loaded to make some margaritas. I think the motor had burned out. Called padre island rentals and in about 20 min we had a brand new blender delivered! All in all a good value. Staff on premises were very nice.too.

We liked the location. Easy access to the beach and Isla Bianca Park, which we walked every day. We also loved being able to walk to Mahi Nicks. I assumed there was laundry and a dish washer in the unit, there wasn’t. There was laundry facilities one floor down that was reasonably priced. The condo was clean but needed some updating. Some small details such as some small appliances not being usable affected our experience.

Bucket list, check!

The apartment is clean and good location! you can walk to the beach and diverse restaurants. The most amazing shore to walk, and a lot of jellyfish.. The pool is ok, cold water and you need to wear a bracelet to avoid being inconvenienced by the staff.

Relaxing getaway

The property was clean and well-appointed. It was perfect for a couple. Beautiful pool. The only reason I gave 4 stars was the 3 lousy pillow pieces on the bed. We had to go buy pillows. Other than that, nice place.

Overall the rental met our needs. Getting to the beach was not with great ease. I hope you get luggage racks. There were no places to put our suits cases to unpack other than bed. And please don’t store the blow dryer with toilet plunger and cleaning brush.
The best bakery on the SPI. A must stop for all your guest.

Shortened Stay

Overall the condo was ok. It was older than I expected from the photos. Halls were musty as well. I didnt hate it but did not love it either. This would have been the equivalent of a 3 star hotel.

Updates

We liked the location. The unit needs updating. Furniture, utensils, pillows, and rugs all old and need cleaning. The table should be replaced as it wiggles when you use it. The wood towel bars look like there is mildew on them. The large rug is disintegrating and should be tossed.

Really bad experience with AC and Management

Arrived at SPI and had to drive towards a separate building to pick up a building code. This felt like a waste of time. They should streamline this a little bit.Upon entering the room we noticed it felt hot. It was 78 degrees on the thermostat. I tried turning on the AC but nothing happened. I called for service and they stopped by while we went to he beach. The note said the issue requires follow up so I called. They said the AC was broken and that they were authorized to give me 200 off the price of the room. I told them that I wanted a full refund because I would need to find a new hotel. They said management did not offer that option and I would need to speak to management in a few days. I told them I did not accept those terms and that I was not staying the night. We left and the next day I received 200 refund which is not a full refund. I’m waiting to get a call back from management(it’s been 4 days since I left a message)

Our small family absolutely loved this place! The pool is amazing, there is also a large grilling area. It was right across the beach park and a short walk to the beach! The condo was clean and cozy. We will definitely be staying here again.
