Vi fortsätter att förbättra denna gateway strandstuga för våra gäster och våra familjer. Vår strandstuga är bekväma, avslappnade och kostnadseffektiva! Vi välkomnar dig att bo på vårt strandhus!

Ligger på South Padre Island, Texas; Den har 4 sovrum och två fulla bad; Bara 1/2 kvarter från stranden plus det är gångavstånd till shopping, till gravitation parken och bra restaurang! Det finns också en mycket stor veranda perfekt för att äta BBQ: s och övergripande sightseeing! Gasgrillen är klar och klar för dina biffar!

Varje sovrum har en TV med satellitkabel samt vardagsrummet och utanför enhetens spelrum. Spelrummet, som ligger utanför huvudhuset, har fotboll, biljardbord / pokerbord och pingpongbord som du kan rulla utanför och spela under carporten.

I don’t like to ever leave a negative review but want to inform future guests of what they can expect. Overall the property worked out fine for our trip but there were several things that definitely could have been better. For starters, the main living area of the house smelled overwhelming like mothballs. I inquired of the host and was told they had cleaned the HVAC so we guessed that maybe it was some sort of cleaning chemicals instead but either way it was super strong and hard to overcome. It was so strong you could actually smell it from the driveway before you even walked up but was strongest in the bedrooms but the downstairs game room didn’t smell at all so it was puzzling. My other major complaint about the property was how dirty/uncared for it appeared for advertising it as being “renovated”. There were dirty handprints on the wall, dirty smudges and heavily damaged paint, a toilet with a broken flush chain, and mouse poo in the game room bathroom. The front door was a bit tricky as it required two hands to twist both handles at once. And having different keys to get into the different rooms downstairs was inconvenient but ok. The game room was nice, though we didn’t realize you had to go outside to get to it until we arrived. Overall bedding seemed clean and we had a good stay after a few days when we started getting used to the mothball smell. Great location and potential to be a great house with improvements to the smell and cleanliness and overall care.

We enjoyed our stay for the most part. Would never stay there again during spring break. The neighboring properties partied till wee hours of the night. We had 12 people in the house and there was not enough silverware to go around. Loved the beach supplies, towels and toiletry items. The ceiling fans need to be cleaned! Enjoyed the downstairs entertainment area and the backyard pool area!! All in all though we enjoyed our stay.

We had a below-average stay because of the cleanliness of the property. The rooms had layers of dust sitting in places. The fans were in really bad condition, so we did not turn them on at all! The kitchen was missing basic stuff like a toaster. However, the bathrooms were relatively neat as well as the game room was good. Overall, an unsatisfactory stay due to the cleanliness.

It’s a great location. Just a couple minute walk from the beach. This is our 3rd stay here. There is something for everyone in our family of 10. The kids love the game room & the backyard pool. This place provides everything you could ever need.

We had a great time on our trip!! Disappointed in the house, it looked old and needed more updates. It's to dark on the inside for it to be a beach house, everything needs to be bright and beachy!! The Host was very helpful though and communicated promptly. The owner of property needs to do more updates on the house. Its in a perfect spot and lots of activities to do at the house, but seriously needs updating.Grass in yard needs attention, trampoline needs updating, small pool was not clean but my grandkids enjoyed it, game room was fun and enjoyable and all of the beach toys were a plus!! Over all I give the house a 5 out of 10.

If buildings were not in the way you could see ocean from both the right and left view on the driveway. Wonderful stash of beach supplies, and bikes! Wish the basement and back yard were a little easier to access but overall a great stay!! My 2 year old grandson LOVED the toddler pool in back. The backyard furniture and gate could use a little update.

We are regulars to the SPI area we go every year at least twice a year. We got married on-the island so needless to say we have stayed at many Vrbo/Air bnb/hotels. This is one of my faves. Very homey and warm, great for families. Uf your looking for a boujee place this may not be good for you but great for us. Close in proximity to the beach. Some of the houses weve stayed in are not cool inside esp with humidity this was was fresh and cool. Lots of toys, boards if you have younger kids. I was very sad we didnt get to take advantage of a nice bike ride. Our host was very responsive. I hope we were good guests as we strive to treat others home as our own. Look forward to future stays.

I can’t say enough about this place. If you have a family gathering this spot is perfect. Location is perfect and they really thought about what’s surrounding. Bikes, boogie boards, sand castle tools, canapés, wagons for transportation, washer/dryer, outside shower for after the beach, pool table, air hockey, darts, poker, pool, bbq… I could keep going, but it’s all included. Pet friendly as well. Javier was awesome! He let us check in early as we were driving 6 hours and is easy to contact. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SPOT!!!👍🙌❤️🔥🔥

As expected for most part. Really fun setup. Construction on duplex next door was 7:30am every day even Saturday and Sunday. Temporary issue but would have been nice to know about. Really good host.

Great location, it’s short walking distance from beach. They anticipated each and every need we may have had & provided everything within the house as well as a easy trip to the beach. This was our second year here & will definitely return.
