Beach towels and umbrellas are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. To guarantee availability, please ask before check-in. (Replacement fees apply for lost or damaged items).

⏰ Early Check-In & Late Check-Out:
Available upon prior approval for $25 per hour. Please notify us in advance so we can arrange it for you.

🔐 Guest Policies:

A valid government-issued photo ID is required before check-in.
All guests must review and accept our House Rules and Rental Agreement.
Guest identity verification through Know Your Guest is mandatory. You will have the choice to either pay a refundable security deposit or opt for a non-refundable damage waiver.

No parties or events permitted
No smoking anywhere on premises — this is a smoke-free home
Additional guests charged $10 per person, per night
🐾 Pet Information (Dogs Only):

Fees: $25 one-time non-refundable pet deposit + $10 per night, per dog.
Maximum 2 dogs per stay; must be leashed when outside.
No pets on furniture or bedding ($50 violation fee per item).
Aggressive dogs are not permitted.
