While the condo was very nice, our experience with the management company was awful. After a long wait at check in, we were given the wrong key to the unit we rented. Once we discoverd that the key didn't work, I informed them, and then they assured me that they would bring me a key. We unloaded all of our things, and then they showed up with a key to a different condo on the 2nd floor with only stair access, when I had confirmed with them that it would be on the first floor/elevator access because we have a handicapped guest. They said the hot water heater in the unit we had initially rented had been broken for a few days, so they just picked a different rental. I feel like all of this could have been communicated to us earlier. After loading all of our things back up, we were eventually moved to a different property, and then had to wait for it to be cleaned. We eventually got in a little over 2.5 hours after scheduled check in time. The property manager offered me a 10% refund for the stay, which I have yet to receive. We were offered a 60 F&B credit to the cafe at the resort that manages the property, but having to drive to a second location for what would amount to less than a round of drinks wasn't really worth it.
