island.
The beach access is located about 100 steps east at the end of the street,
making beach mornings and sunset walks incredibly easy.
Once you arrive, you will likely find you do not need your car again.
Nearby favorites within walking distance include:
• Longboards Bar & Grill – bayfront sunsets, live music, late-night eats
• Henrietta’s – upscale Italian dining with an extensive wine list
• Lobo Del Mar – breakfast, live music, and famous sunset bagpipes
• CVS – quick snacks, drinks, and essentials
• Dairy Queen
• Gravity Park – go-karts, Ferris wheel, arcade, mini golf, and rides
Despite being close to the island’s activity areas, the building itself
remains a quiet small complex, making it a comfortable place to relax after a

for families.
When you walk inside, the living room opens directly to the kitchen and
adjacent private patio, creating a simple flow that works well for gathering
after the beach.

tastefully decorated, clean, and well maintained.
After a long day in the sun, relax with a movie night on the Smart TV or pull
out one of the board games provided.
Just outside the patio, the community pool offers another great way to wind

early morning coffee before heading to the beach.
The complex also features a private pool, perfect for cooling off after a day
in the sun.
BBQ grills are not allowed at the property, but charcoal grilling is permitted
on the public beaches of South Padre Island.
BEACH ACCESS
Public beach access is located roughly 100 steps away at the end of the
street.
Because SPI beaches allow pop-up tents and wagons, we recommend bringing both
if you plan on carrying beach gear, though beach toys and towels are not
provided.
PARKING
Parking accommodates:
• Two regular-size vehicles
OR
• One SUV / truck and one golf cart
Street parking and guest parking are not available.
If additional parking is needed, nearby options include the post office or
Gulf Blvd public street parking.
