I've stayed in a lot of VRBOs and you could definitely tell that this was a newer addition to the lineup. While we enjoyed our stay, we had several frustrating things that lowered it from being a 5 star. While we absolutely loved the location being walking distance to the beach (as well as a short drive to the location to attend turtle hatchling releases, only 6 minute drive), and was the redeeming factor to this house - it isn't super comfortable for the amount of people it's listed. We had 9 and the mere fact that the only queen bed is an incredibly uncomfortable pull out was crazy to me. All the "regular" beds were twins which seems crazy regardless of how many people are staying at the home. Our bathroom door didn't close fully so I had to warn my family when I was in the bathroom, the cupboard for the kitchen trash kept getting stuck closed, and what surprised me most was the lack of supplies. The amount of kitchenware was lacking and there was no extra toilet paper, paper towels, or any dishwashing detergent at all - mind you their check out email tells you to start the dishwasher. I've never been at a VRBO that didn't have those items ready for you. Thank goodness we checked into the house before doing our grocery shopping off the island. The house was clean and we felt very safe. There is no grill, which is weird. And don't be fooled by photos that show the backyard. This is technically a split level home and someone lives below you and it's their yard.
