    This South Padre Island rental property was designed to accommodate a large number of people with total comfort!
    Enjoy this backyard oasis featuring a heated private pool and hot Tub.

    The living room, dining area, kitchen, guest bedroom, and bunk bedroom are located on the 1st floor.

    The first bedroom downstairs entails a Queen bed and two twin bunk beds.
    The second bedroom features two sets of full/full-size bunk beds with bedding to accommodate eight (8) children.

    The kitchen is very spacious with lots of cabinetry for easy storage.
    It is fully stocked with pots, pans, and cooking utensils.
    This kitchen has everything you need to prepare an unforgettable family meal.
    The large dining room table, bar seating, and outside patio seating provide plenty of areas for guests to enjoy a meal at the house.

Great houses for reunions

We rented 113A and 113B for a family reunion. Both houses are great! Having the gate open between the two houses was wonderful. The amount of bedrooms and bathrooms was great for 8 families. The beach is a close walk and when not there the pools kept all ages entertained! We will be back!

113B Cora Lee was a great location for our whole family. With the 4 master suites upstairs and the kids rooms downstairs, it was the perfect setup for us. I would highly recommend this place. I have been working with SPI Rentals over 15 years and have always received excellent service. The whole staff goes above and beyond.

Wonderful Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our week with family at the house on Cora Lee. The walk to the beach was a breeze and the pool was amazing for when we didn't feel like fighting the sand. There was plenty of room for everyone to feel like they could have privacy as each of the master suites upstairs had an ensuite bathroom. Fall is a great time of year to visit - it's still warm and the island isn't as busy. We hope to be back someday!

We stayed 4 nights at this beautiful property. Everything was well taken care of and clean. The house was perfectly decorated and had plenty of room for 16 of us. We cooked lots of meals in the spacious kitchen. It had all of the necessary kitchen items. The beds were comfy and the balconies were perfect. Lots of outdoor seating and table space. We made tons of amazing memories and we can't wait to come back.

Great house close to the beach

The house was great, the layout is good, it could use a few more cooking things such as cookie sheets and pizza pan, the pots and pans are really well used. I think the swimming pool could use a little more maintenance, when you have a large group using a small pool like this one the water gets pretty yucky looking real fast! Overall we had a good stay and lots of memories made at SPI

Spacious home

We rented the A unit and because my family is a big one I decided to rent this B unit as well. Worked perfectly because we could go back and forth between homes from the back pool area. Unit was very spacious and super clean. Perfect for a family reunion or just for a big family. Highly recommend.

I had reserved a house and based on recent reviews the house needed some TLC/upgrades/repairs I mentioned if the issues could get resolved before my trip and SPI called me and said they couldn't guarantee they would be done as they don't own the house so they offered a better/newer/nicer home!! And this house everything we wanted/needed!! Thank you SPI Rentals.

Absolutely Perfect

The house is gorgeous and held 10 adults, 3 1 year olds and 1 4 yewr old w ease. The pool and hot tub were so nice and it was an easy walk to the beach. We cooked dinner and breakfast everyday and the kitchen had all the utensils. The only thing that would of been nice would of been to have some simple spices and coffee. Also know there are limited trash bags and laundry soap provided if you have a big crowd, which is expected. We will absolutely rent again!!! Thanks for letting us enjoy the house.

Thanksgiving at the Beach

Overall, my family enjoyed spending time together the week of Thanksgiving at this property. The space was wonderful for our party of 13 -- the adults really enjoyed the king-sized beds and en suite bathrooms. The kids enjoyed the bunk room as well. The water pressure was quite low in most bathrooms and we had trouble with the washing machine turning off mid-cycle and not completing washing our clothes. We also would have liked a few more items in the kitchen, specifically a hand mixer. We loved the proximity to the beach and the wonderful private swimming pool.

Beautiful Property, noisy neighbors

This property was absolutely beautiful. We traveled with our entire family…3 couples, 2 toddlers, auntie, uncle and great grandpa…to spend Easter at the beach. There was more than enough comfortable space for everyone. The pool was wonderful for family fun and everybody had their own space to retreat to for a little personal time. The beach is close by and easily accessed. The only disappointment was the renters in the other two units had loud parties starting in the late afternoon and going late into the morning hours. We loved the property but this wasn’t the quite get away we had hoped for.

Loved everything about this place. The rooms as well as the dinning and living room is very spacious. you can view the whole pool area from the dinning table and the living room sofa. It is very much clean I especially loved the balconies sitting areas and how it connects to the room next door in the back end and front. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a place to stay. The walk to the beach is very close we were able to crab hunt twice in a row and walked to the beach all days we were there. It is also super easy to stay and extra day if you decide to. The people at SpI rentals are very helpful. Thank you once again and Thank you To Marina for helping me retrieve my belonging once we had departed 30 mims later with out any problems.

Love SPI

Half bath needs toilet paper roll or table for toilet paper. Smelled a sewer smell throughout upstairs one day, but NW room always had a sewer smell in shower. Spi maintenance left Clorox to use but didn't help. Fitted sheets won't stay on beds. Driveway is the narrowest of the 3 units but “sleeps the most - it needs more parking space. A Mirror in walk in the bedrooms or closet would be nice. Front hose leaks badly sprays from faucet, needs a different hose and a repair. Wobbly and near breaking dinner table chair Pool filter never filtered bugs on top. One jet broken. Sand on the bottom never vacuumed. It didn't seem to work like the other units. It didn't stay as clean.
