Sunny Shores at Saida II Updated Beachfront Condo

Welcome to Sunny Shores at Saida Towers! This beautiful 3rd floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bath deluxe condo with spectacular unobstructed BEACHFRONT views of the Gulf of Mexico. This well-furnished condo has recently been updated to the 10's! It can sleep up to 8 people and is located at the Saida II building (which has an elevator) in the heart of South Padre Island. The Saida Towers complex offers Texas size amenities, convenient location, and a beautiful beach. These are just some of the reasons that Saida Towers is one of South Padre Island's favorite family vacation spots. It is within walking distance of the Island's Beach WaterPark that is fun for all ages. Free public transportation is also located right in front of the complex which makes getting around the island a breeze. Of the 3 swimming pools, one is Olympic size (and another one is heated seasonally). It's easy to play a round of tennis with the convenience of four courts and the pool-side Palapa Bar and Burger Shack (open seasonally) make lounging by the pool just that much more relaxing.

IMPORTANT: You are booking a private beach home. As much as we like to please your every need, we do not work as hotels do. We are not a 24/7 service. Any overnight requests, other than REAL emergencies, will be taken care of the next day. If there is an emergency that threatens a person’s life, please call 911.

The owners of Saida II #303 welcome you to their beach home! While staying here, we ask that you follow a few requests that will make everyone’s stay more enjoyable and keep the property looking good year after year.

1. Parking ~ is limited to 2 vehicles. Vehicles must be licensed, operable and registered to the occupants. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owners’ expense.

2. Occupancy ~ Maximum capacity per unit is NO MORE than 8 guests. There must be at least one adult 25 years of age or older, registered, present and residing in the unit through the duration of the tenancy.

3. Pets ~ We do not accept pets in our property. The knowledge or trace of unauthorized pets will mean a fine of $400.

4. Noise ~ Loud noise of any sort; music, loud talking, boom boxes, etc. is not allowed.

5. Garbage and Tidiness ~ Garbage should all be disposed or either in the dumpster located on the ground floor or parking lot of the building. Please DO NOT dispose of cigarette butts, cans, candy wrappers, trash on the ground. We work hard to make certain the property looks good when you check in. Please help us keep it that way by picking up any litter before you leave.

6. Pool ~ Please wash ALL sand from your body BEFORE entering our pool. The pool equipment cannot handle sand from the beach and causes damage and equipment failure. Please DO NOT leave your children unattended and observe pool hours.

7. BBQ ~ BBQ pit is not included.

8. Wheelchair accessible is for standard door front entrance and elevator only.

9. Once booked, we will send a custom Rental Agreement for you to complete and send back to us. Without this agreement we will not be able to host you.

10. The guard at the entrance of the resort will charge $25/pp plus tax, ages 10-32, for the use of wristbands during the month of March "Spring Break" and Holy Week.

Blue Ocean Vacation Rentals provides the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities include 1 set of hotel size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 dish soap, 1 dish sponge, 4-6 coffee pods and and a small amount of laundry detergent. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay.

Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess. Stained towels/linens will be charged.

Do not hang towels from the balcony or windows. A $100 fine may be applied if you break this rule.

Subletting not allowed.

Note: The owners of this property will allow Spring Breakers under the strict rules of the premises. Break the rules and be evicted without a refund.

Check in is easy and available 24 hours a day with a smart lock on the entrance door.

The smart keypad door code will be provided to the guest about 48-24 hours before arrival.

Hosts will be available for check-in assistance up until 10 pm, we ask that guests arriving late please let us know via text.

Service Animals need to be with the person they service 24/7. Service Animals cannot be left alone in the property. A service animal left alone in the property is not a service animal and will be penalized with a $400 fee.

Child's highchair & pack & play on request at $25/each, billed on a separate invoice.

You are booking a private beach home. As much as we like to please your every need, we DO NOT work as hotels do. We are not a 24/7 service. Date changes might be granted depending on the date of the change for a $100 change fee plus any difference in price.

Cancellations for nightly reservations will receive a 96% refund if they are made more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. Please note that a service fee of $25 will also be charged for all cancellations, regardless of the timing. There will be no refund if the cancellation comes is made. This policy does not extend to bookings that are eligible for monthly discounts.

The host will not pay for a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred because of an interruption in water or electrical service. If water or electricity is interrupted for more than 8 hours, guests have the option of canceling their reservation and requesting a refund for the nights not used. Under no circumstances will we refund consumed nights.

Perfect Stay

We had the best visit. The condo was conveniently located next to restraints and shops on the Island and just steps away from the beach. The pool and grounds were awesome. The condo had everything we needed and even some additional bonus beach items. We will definitely look to book again!

Great Condo

The condo was great. Better view than we expected, clean and convenient. The beach was great just review the rules before hand. Only complaint was food on the island, we all agreed worst food experience on a beach trip. So do research and I hope you find better ones.

Splendid Sunny Shores!

Absolute perfection at Sunny Shores! This was our second time staying at Saida Towers Condominimums - in Saida II. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was perfect. The condo is really lovely - clean and comfortable. We will be back! The grounds are also very well kept. The pools are wonderful and so much fun. Walks on the beach are a must. We really enjoyed sitting on the large Lanai and watching the water. Thanks so much for a lovely stay!

Excellent location

Place was great. Everything clean. Stocked with items for use from the kitchen to children toys and beach chairs. Would definitely stay again. Only drawback was not having washer and dryer but not a deal breaker for short staus.

Great place!

This was a fantastic condo for our family. The balcony was the perfect place for my husband, who cannot get around well, to people watch. It is breezy, shaded most of the day, close to the beach, and had fantastic views of the fireworks. Also, very quiet. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the unit is very well stocked with everything you could need. Great communication with hosts! Really, really nice. We loved our stay there.

2023 Spring Break

This Condo was as advertised. Views were fantastic. Very easy access to the beach. Very Clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The Balcony and view are exactly what you want. Communication with Rod, Rosa and their team was easy and very helpful. They were very attentive to questions, assistance and providing information. An overall fantastic experience and very comfortable condo and beach. Anyone choosing this Condo will have a very easy and relaxing vacation. We loved it.

The place was exactly as advertised. It was very clean. And quiet! Which is important to me in a beach rental. The beds were comfortable and even had good quality pillows, sometimes hard to find in a rental. Great views from the balcony and easy access to the beach. My sister and I truly enjoyed this place.

Great location!

We greatly enjoyed our time at Sunny Shores Condo in Saida II. It was very well equipped, clean, and well maintained. They even had extra supplies (chair, cooler, shovels/buckets) for the beach! We often use condo rentals in our travels and this was one of the absolute best.
