Våningssalen har två våningssängar i full storlek med sängkläder för att rymma åtta (8) barn.

Köket är mycket rymligt med massor av skåp för enkel förvaring.
Det är fullt utrustat med krukor, kastruller och köksredskap.
Detta kök har allt du behöver för att förbereda en oförglömlig familjemåltid.
Det stora matbordet, barstolar och uteplatser utanför uteplatsen ger många platser för gästerna att njuta av en måltid i huset.

Spring Break- Extended Family Vacation

Stayed 03/22/25-03/28/25. Property and house were beautiful. Everyone loved having their own room and bathroom. When we unexpectedly got a puppy in Jan. SPI was very accommodating in allowing us to bring her. Worked out great. Had a few bumps during the week but SPI was prompt at addressing the situations. The beach entrance is literally at the end of the block so a very short walk. We used the beach rentals of the tents, beach chairs and wagons delivered to the house and picked up on our day of arrival and departure and it worked out perfectly. Loved walking to the restaurants and coffee shops nearby and the beach itself was busy but not crowded and everyone enjoyed their stay. The back pool area is set up beautifully and we used the pool every day for hours even after being at the beach for good portions of the day. Our 4 and 6 year olds couldn't get enough. Great place to stay.

Girl’s Trip 2024

My Daughter, Granddaughters and I do yearly Girl’s trips and decided on South Padre island this year. We rented this property and couldn’t have been happier with it. It was even better than the pictures! It was spacious, beds were very comfortable, and having a bathroom with a great shower in each one was such a great bonus! The pool and hot tub were great, nice and warm. We had an issue with the hot tub and they immediately fixed it. The unit was well stocked with everything you needed. I would definitely stay here again!

Almost perfect stay

The home was amazing! My family had an amazing time by the pool. Be careful; the outside floors by the pool are VERY slippery; and if you come inside with wet feet be sure to take caution because the floor inside is even worse! All of the chairs at the beautiful dining table were wobbly. So most of us didn't sit at the table when eating. The bunk beds in the 1st room were terribly put together. My daughter wanted to climb to the top and the entire bunk bed would wobble so we had to keep her on the bottom bunk. The grill outside was also not well put together. We had to be very careful when using it because it was very unsteady. We had to wash all the dishes before we used them because you could feel the dirt/dust on them. The floors were very dirty as well; within an hr or two of being there our feet were black from the floors. There are no curtains on any of the windows so if you sleep in like we do; there is no blocking the daylight. We also had to clean the pool ourselves upon arrival due to so much debris in the water. I'm very nitpicky so it was hard to be completely satisfied. The home is beautifully decorated with beach/Island décor through out the home. We made due for our stay. The space/size accommodated us all well. We were hit with a terrible storm the 2nd day of our stay and when most of the Island was without power; we never lost it. Thank you to the owner for their hospitality. We had fun regardless!

AWESOME LOCATION lovely house with great pool and backyard with a 4 pm checkin I expected the house to be very clean. The bathrooms need a bit more attention to toilets, showers and wiping walls. Would definitely stay here again as location is exceptionall

Great location, short walk to beach, very nice house - VRBO payment process questionable

The house was great, nicely maintained, a few tile missing from the pool, but otherwise nice. When i booked through VRBO, the same day i noticed an unauthorized credit card transaction for a gaming site for $108. Still working with my credit card company to get it reversed. I rarely use my card for other than amazon, so it is quite the coincidence.

Perfect for a Group Get Away

I would recommend this place in a heartbeat. It was great. It is set up perfectly for groups. There were 7 of us ladies that spent the week there. The pool and hot tub and outdoor living space were perfect. The 4 bedrooms were as nice if not nicer than a hotel room. The Bunk room worked, just not so much for adults. This place was within walking distance of the beach and a few bars and restaurants. Otherwise a quick taxi ride away from the action. The property managers were great and were quick to respond. We had some wind so the pool needed to be cleaned due to debris. They had people there in a couple of hours.

Perfect SPI Getaway

The beach house was just as we expected - clean, very spacious for our group of 15, with great location/access to the beach. We made a couple of calls to maintenance (propane tank refill and dryer issues) and they were prompt with addressing these issues.

I loved the house. The space and convenience of a restroom in every room is fantastic. The only thing that i minded was the wifi wasnt working upstairs at all. Maybe because it was being used down stairs but other than that the house was amazing .

Perfect home, perfect location, perfect vacation!

The home was clean, bedrooms and private baths were wonderful for our group. We had issue with the pool/hot tub upon arrival. The pool was 91 degrees. SPI sent several people out and to try to fix the issue. The staff very much wanted to please and help us. It ended up needing an expert and eventually was repaired. This home is perfect for large groups. Lots of seating and room downstairs. The home is newer and has tall ceilings and nice appointments. I absolutely loved the art work!! We prepared great dinners. Grill was great. We would 100% stay here again. A few things I would ask management to do. First is to have the dryer repaired. It takes forever to dry anything. Might just be a vent issue. I would also add some more dinner plates as there are only 5 and this house can sleep many. Better quality towels. Beds need to be replaced soon, as they are sunken in where people have slept. I hate to even make any criticism as we so loved this home so much. We can’t wait to return! Thank u for a great vacation!!

Great for groups

Well equipped kitchen. We cooked for all 34 of us. We rented two of the properties; the blue and green and units. I couldn’t understand why each review emphasized the pool, especially given the beach is RIGHT THERE. Now I understand; the pool was the saving grace for our random cold days on the island. It was deliciously warm and a gathering place for our students before and after dinners and after cold boat outings. SPI was truly amazing, though the kitchen linens were few and there were no cookie sheets to be found, anytime we needed help with linens or spa directions, someone appear seemingly within minutes. Location is perfect. Located on a clean, quiet, safe street with the beach access minutes away. You will NOT be disappointed. Though we use VRBO for MANY bookings, I might skip them and call SPI rentals directly and save some cash. with our large group (knowing Covid had kicked us out of California for our annual trip and we had to last minute plan) SPI was will to negotiate whereas VRBO was not. Each encounter on the island was met with people more than willing to accommodate us and be helpful so we were a bit disappointed in VRBO’s response. Don’t get me wrong, we still appreciate and will use VRBO services, but every company should be able to take feedback and use it appropriately. The was delightful. Past rents leave their beach equipment behind giving us a sand wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards and while I’m sure each property had different items, all would be similar. Our neighbors were delightful and the shared walls seemed pretty thick because we were all big groups and didn’t bother each other at all. Just knock on a door if you need help. We left all our uneaten food and spices with our neighbors and they were grateful. Nice friendly vibe on the island. Made lots new friends wherever we went. Hit up island native surf shop for amazing surf lessons-had 20 of our kids and adults up in minutes. Carrie the owner is a kind man and was so helpful to us. Blackbeard’s is THE PLACE for fish. It’s $10 if you catch one and bring it in for them to cook for you and serve. Shout out to Osprey Cruise line and owner Phil Calo and his cute as a button daughter Felicia. Family owned and run we took their Eco-tour and saw a TURTLE up close and in person (for 2 seconds before by law she released immediately, but what a thrill!) and Capt. Tino had us on the white fish immediately while bay fishing. We caught enough 4 fish tacos 4 all.

PLACE WAS JUST AS EXPECTED. FAIRLY CLEAN. NOTHING DETRIMENTALLY BAD. REFRIGERATOR MISSING INSIDE DOOR SHELVES. TV REMOTES A LITTLE BID COMPLICATED. POOL WAS IN CLEAN SHAPE. LIGHTS AND JET BUTTONS IS LOOSE. TRASH BIN NEEDS SOME WORK, TOO HARD TO OPEN AND CLOSE. OTHERWISE VERY GOOD ACCOMONDATIONS.

Great getaway dring the pandemic.

A large and functional house, this property has something for all ages. Our kids loved the pool and the property is an easy walk to the beach. So there was always something to do. The Turtle Rescue and the Birding and Nature center is 1 mile away. The property is in a good and quiet neighborhood located near everything you might need.

Perfect house for groups

Beautiful and well designed house for groups! Each bedroom has a private bathroom, kitchen is spacious and useful, private heated pool and hot tub, and dog friendly. Great location, we walked to the beach every day. We will be back for sure.

Fantastic house but it has a few issues

Our family loved the house and we would stay here again but it has a few issues. The gas tank for the grill was empty and the igniter would not light. The rental company did bring us a new tank and a lighter. All of the upstairs balcony doors handles need some attention. Some would open with some work but others would not. Our coffee drinkers said the coffee pot was not working properly and would shut off within a few minutes of starting. Again, we loved the floor plan and location of the house and would stay there again
