Three king beds, space for up to 12 across three levels, with a gas BBQ grill, a kitchenette right off the pool deck, and patios on every floor — including views of the weekend fireworks. Fully fenced backyard, 1.5 blocks to the beach.



Guest Access:

Guests enjoy full and private access to this three story home. The entire property is exclusively yours, including the private heated saltwater pool and attached spa located in the fully fenced backyard. You will have access to three spacious bedrooms each featuring a king bed, an open concept second floor with a fully equipped kitchen, dining areas, and a comfortable living room. Each level of the home includes a private covered patio or balcony. Please note that garage access is not provided for guests, and parking is limited to two off street spaces. Laundry facilities are located within the unit for your convenience.



The Neighborhood:

Our home is located in a peaceful residential pocket on the bayside of South Padre Island, offering the perfect balance between tranquility and accessibility. You are just a short one and a half block walk from the beach, allowing you to enjoy the sand and surf whenever you please. While the neighborhood itself remains quiet and removed from the late night noise of the main drag, you are only about ten blocks from the island entertainment district. A quick drive or golf cart ride puts you within reach of excellent local dining, ranging from fresh Gulf seafood to popular breakfast spots. For outdoor enthusiasts, the South Padre Island Birding and Nature Center and Andy Bowie County Park are both easily accessible by car. Whether you are looking to explore the nearby waterparks or simply enjoy a quiet evening on your private patio, this location provides a convenient home base for all your island adventures.



Getting Around:

Getting around South Padre Island is easy and convenient from our location. We provide two dedicated off street parking spaces for your vehicles, and please note that golf carts are counted as one of your two allotted vehicles. For those traveling with additional cars, free long term parking is available at the island intermodal bus station or the local post office. While the island is very accessible by car or golf cart, please be aware that street parking is strictly prohibited at the property to avoid towing. For air travel, the closest major airport is Brownsville South Padre Island International Airport, which is approximately a forty minute drive from the home.



Other Things to Note:

To ensure a seamless stay, please note that the primary guest must be at least 23 years of age. A signed rental agreement and a valid photo identification are required before we can release your door access codes. Check-in begins at 3 PM and check-out is strictly at 11 AM. Parking is limited to two vehicles, including golf carts, and street parking is prohibited. We welcome one well-mannered dog with prior approval and a pet fee. This is a family-oriented property with a strict no-party and no-smoking policy. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 9 AM. Optional pool and spa heating is available for 25 dollars per day for the duration of your stay. Please note that we provide a starter supply of essentials, but these are not replenished during your visit. At departure, please set the thermostat to 78 degrees, place dirty dishes in the dishwasher, and remove all trash.
