Monticello - Blue Bahia, Vacker Beachfront Villa, Ten Bay Dream-10% AV 2019

  • Villan helt renoverad inuti och utanför sitter i en unik privat plats direkt på bukten. Tio Bay fantastisk strand ligger i centrala Eleuthera på den karibiska sidan av ön nära Palmetto Point.

    Stranden verkar skyddad från grova vågor och det är välkänt för det lugna vattnet som är bra för barn. Vattnet är blått med en ren sandbotten och den är långsam långt ut. Det är bra för simning, kajakpaddling och snorkling, särskilt bra i båda ändarna av bukten där det är stenigt. Allt detta omges av en viss mjuk rosa sand som är typisk för Eleuthera. Stranden är alltid väldigt tyst, du kanske möter några personer som hyr ett av bostäderna i området.

    Villaen med två våningar rymmer upp till 7 gäster. Den andra våningen har ett öppet fullt utrustat kök (kylskåp, spis / ugn, mikrovågsugn, diskmaskin, krukor etc.), vardagsrum, ett badrum med dusch och ett sovrum med en king size-säng.
    Andra våningen drar också fördel av ett stort däck / balkong med fantastisk utsikt över bukten.

    Den första våningen har samma storlek däck / balkong med en fin nyans. På första våningen finns ytterligare ett sovrum med en king size och ett tredje sovrum med en dubbel våningssäng. Ett fullt stort badrum med dusch ligger också på första våningen samt ett extra vardagsrum med soffor, en av dem är en full bäddsoffa. Det finns ett tvättstuga med tvättmaskin och torktumlare.

    Huset erbjuder alla bekvämligheter som krävs för att uppleva ett riktigt perfekt hem hemifrån. Med ett stort utbud av filmer och ett fullt underhållningscenter kommer du att njuta varje kväll i huset. Vi har en satellit-TV, DVD-spelare, stereo och WIFI internet.

    En Tiki Hut paraply uteplats ligger på däck bredvid den lilla privata fastigheten stranden för oförglömliga stunder rörd av vinden, ett andra paraply ligger på klippan överhängsvattnet med en fantastisk utsikt.

    Utsikten och de färgglada, vackra och otroligt inspirerande solnedgångarna gör det till en magisk plats.

The location was awesome! The bay has crystal blue water, and there’s so much wildlife around the house. Super spacious inside, with a generator that came in handy during the hurricane. The driveway is great and easy to find, and the bay is perfect for kids to play and enjoy

Amazing Place

This place was amazing. We had coffee on the deck every morning - and wine every night. We kayaked and snorkeled and just played in the Caribbean. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable! The owners and house managers were responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend!!! We will be back.

Wonderful location

Great location. We quite enjoyed the privacy and the excellent beach nearby. The deck with seating area was a wonderful place to have coffee in the morning and the view was amazing. Well appointed, the property has everything you need for your stay.

Amazing!

This was our first time on the island and this was the perfect location for my family. It is central to everything in the island and that beach…….it was perfection. My kids spent hours snorkeling all around Ten Bay. The house had everything we needed and the views were to die for. We will be back!!!!!!

Love the house! Its location on Ten Bay is great. House was spotless. Mrs. Williams met us at the house when we arrived and left. She & the homeowner answered any questions we had. My husband and I enjoyed our stay, hope to visit again soon!

Absolutely gorgeous home on stunning Ten Bay Beach. A beach you can walk out into the water 1/2 mile and only chest deep waters. Amazing sandy beach. Barbara is super responsive and absolutely amazing to work with.

Paradise South Palmetto

A waterfront beauty! Upper deck walkway through the Palms to a scenic breakfast table. Birds singing and breeze blowing. The beach is incredible. Quiet and usually sparse with people. Maybe 6-8 all day. The house is very nice and comfortable. A nice kitchen and bathes. Really a good spot. We’re going back again!!!

Doesn't Get Much Better Than This

The location is amazing - steps to the water and great places to just sit and watch. The bay is quiet, calm and secluded. The house has what you need and the hosts are accommodating. Though on a remote bay, it doesn't take that long to get to the stores and restaurants. We'll be back again.

Excellent accommodations. We had 8 people and it’s right on the water so we all got to snorkel right in front of the house. Great furnishings and artwork. Power and internet went out once but hey, it’s an island. Enjoyed every minute and the caretakers were outstanding.

This house is perfect for a family getaway . Just as advertised..You are literally on the water. Short water walk to a private beach. No issues or complaints. Caretaker and the owner are both incredibly nice.

An amazing location!

This property is perfect for those that want Ten Bay to be their back yard. Just wake up and head out to the ocean. Watch the sunset from the deck. Nice central location to explore north or south. The screened in patio area was nice at night for keeping the bugs out. Plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking at home. The bed was very soft and comfortable. Managers and Owners were very responsive if we had questions. Give it a try - you will love it!

Amazing!

The house is exactly as described and pictured. It is super clean and the beds are comfortable. It sits on Ten Bay, a shallow sandy beach. The location is in the middle of the island and perfect for traveling north or south on the island. It's decorated/furnished nicely and the views are incredible. Mrs. Williams met us at the house to show us around and went above and beyond with her customer service. Responsiveness was top notch. We are a retired couple traveling with my sister, who had never been to Eleuthera. She loved the trip and the Blue Bahai. We will be back! were responsibe to us during our stay.

Siamo stati in questo posto per 6 giorni nell'aprile 2024. E' stata una bellissima esperienza. Si tratta di un'intera proprietà con giardino ed ampio parcheggio, direttamente su una delle più belle spiagge di Eleuthera, nella parte centrale dell'isola. La struttura è pulita con un custode molto disponibile in caso di necessità. La comunicazione con i proprietari è stata eccellente, ci sono stati forniti tutti i dettagli che ci potevano servire. Consiglio vivamente di noleggiare un'auto, cosa che anche noi abbiamo fatto. La casa ha una cucina completa con frigorifero e lavastoviglie. Raccomanfiamo vivamente questo alloggio.

Loved Blue Bahia

My wife and I have been coming to twice a year Eleuthera for 23 years. This is the first time we stayed at Blue Bahia and we thoroughly enjoyed the property and location, so much so that we have already made our reservation for next year. The property manager was always immediately responsive to anything we needed (which wasn't much because the property is so well equipped) and made both check in and out very easy. Plenty of outdoor sitting areas for sun or shade and beautiful walks along the beach. If you fish, bring your rod. You will see bonefish every day along with many other aquatic life. Highly recommend this property.
