“Great spot for a weekend with friends! A group of us stayed here for a weekend and the house was perfect for our needs; bedrooms were spacious for 8 adults, the outdoor patio was perfect for Saturday brunch, and the roof deck was great for watching the sunsets. The house is was ideally located; a quick drive to the stadiums in South Philly and walkable to Passyunk. Ryan was a great host; very responsive and the house was stocked with all the essentials for our stay. ”

The house was impeccably clean and well-apportioned, providing all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. “Nice 4 bed/4 bath option. Clean. Location was convenient to see the historical sites in Philly. Very convenient to have a garage as on street parking is slim pickings!!! Wonderful rooftop area!! Owner notified us ahead of time that, due to heavy rains, the townhouse had a leak. The roof was replaced, but they were still working on acquiring new replacement furniture. Interim furniture that was there was still very comfortable and useful. Fully equipped kitchen, but icemaker in door...

"Mitt inne i stan finns detta hotell. Superfint område och lusigt nog en gata full med flaggor och vi såg Sveriges från fönstret. Bra personal. Garage finns men man får inte köra sin bil in eller ut, endast personal gör det, vilket var stressigt och osmidigt med väskor och barn. I övrigt bra. Frukosten kan ni skippa helt och köra utanför på vilket rik som helst. Både godare, mer variation och billigare."
