Host was awesome. Had an issue with hot tub but it was taken care of right away. Heater was a little weird. Remote didn’t work for it and it was stuck on Celsius but not a big deal to me. I will definitely be back

We LOVED the yurt!!! Will definitely be back in the near future. Perfect place to stay for my little family. Our daughter turned 3 and this was a perfect trip for her birthday. She enjoyed the indoor pool & we enjoyed the hot tub, I will say it was a little cool in the building which made the water feel cooler. But all in all she still had a blast. We didn’t use the hot tub at our place. Everything was clean and the bed was probably one of the best beds we’ve stayed in! Like I said we will be back & recommending to our friends!

Pros: Loved the area, beautiful! The pool was great and the goats were so much fun. Fire pit was nice and wood was provided. Cons: The Yurt is furnished like a 18-yo dorm room. Definitely bring items if you plan to cook. Communication was robotic (AI sounding). Tried to reach out prior and received no communication back. The sheets upstairs had hair on them like they hadn’t been changed. Overall, it was a nice place that we would probably not go back to. We’d look at renting another cabin a Paradise Pointe.

The Yurt is much too small for 4 people in my opinion. It might fit 4 if you have two very, VERY small children. I should have read more closely that the upstairs loft is only a full size bed and also the couch is much too small to sleep on. We have a 13yr old and a 20yr old and this was a short family getaway. We wound up having to go purchase a twin size blow up mattress to fit our 4th person. He slept on the floor and wound up with several bites all over his body. We suspect it was spider bites as we found one in his bedding as we were packing up. There was also a very strong moldy smell in the loft and upon inspection, I saw what appeared to be mildew/mold on the particle board flooring. We actually left the afternoon before we were to check out because we couldn't tolerate the sleeping arrangements any longer. The grounds itself is nice and the view was OUTSTANDING at the overlook! We enjoyed the pool and private hot tub. We would possibly book again at Paradise Pointe because we enjoyed the grounds but if we did, it would definitely be in a different cabin that fits our needs better. I would also check to make sure there is some type of pest control as it is such a campy site.

Greater Than Expected

The YURT and location were awesome! The YURT was nicer than we expected - it was very nice and clean! Definitely would recommend it and we would stay there again! Great couple spot to get away and relax!

Perfect!

The king sized bed is really comfortable and that says a lot coming from me! Everything was clean and nice. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the indoor pool was super fun with towel service so you don’t have to worry about a bunch of wet towels. The view from the patio by the pool was really nice and we had a little bit of a view from the yurt. The resort was well done and I’d like to come back again with the kids to stay in a larger unit. The yurt is perfect for a couples weekend!

Great Weekend Getaway

Very nice getaway that had chacator and charm. I will say i am one that likes privacy and if that is what you are looking for that is not necessarily the case here. Neighbors on all sides as it centers around a community pool. I do wish there had been a wall to make the hottub more private but otherwise would recommend and go back!

Family Getaway

This property was perfect! Our son loved the loft room, it was like a secret hideway for him. The place was spacious but cozy and the views were beautiful! We absolutely loved the indoor pool and the hot tub! The host was extremely responsive if we had any questions. We absolutely loved the property, especially the Yurt. We will definitely be back for more stays!

Great place to stay!

The yurt is absolutely awesome! It was clean, super adorable, and in a great location. You’re close to Chattanooga and other surrounding areas while still feeling like you’re on top of a mountain. You do have neighbors but you’re not on top of anyone. There is a fire pit (and wood supplied!) and a hot tub which we thoroughly enjoyed. Views are great from just about every spot on the property. There is a nice indoor pool that is heated as well. The yurt itself was super cozy, nice kitchen and bed, and very clean. The main entrance is a little steep but there is another entrance that we liked much better. The owners are also super friendly and very responsive to questions and/or concerns. Overall, it was a super cool, hassle free experience and we will absolutely be back to check out other rentals on the property and possibly stay in the yurt again! 10/10!

Good cabin

Pros: Good view, hot tub available, bonfire so we could enjoy S'mors, in the mountains so we could sleep quietly at night Cons: You can't check the gate number etc. unless you log in to Vrbo, but since it's in the mountains the signal was poor and we had to go back to town. I wish they would contact us by email. There is an indoor pool but the water was too cold so we couldn't use it. There is a bonfire so I wish they would have provided a lighter. Overall it was a good cabin so I would like to use it again. Next time I would like to stay in a cabin with a better view on the cliff side.

Birthday weekend to Ruby Falls

Beautiful place with so many cool rentals, the owners were very helpful, and there's a huge lookout over the mountain to the Tennessee River. We also made a sweet new chicken friend that we named Francis...P.S. Francis really loves biscuits : )

Trip for my Daughter's 13th Birthday

We enjoyed the entire stay. We loved the Yurt and are looking forward to try other places in Paradise Pointe. The Yurt was perfect for us and had everything we needed. The girls enjoyed the pool, basketball and volleyball. Thank you for a great weekend!

The View!

We loved being on the property walking around and we loved that it was so close to the sight seeing little excursions we wanted to go on! The view of the valley from our front door at the Yurt was beautiful! They situated the cabins so that everyone gets a view. Super clean inside and out. The pool was kept clean and felt refreshing after a day out in the heat.
