Detta Ă€r extremt sĂ€llsynt. "PĂ„ stranden" Strandhus. Över 100 Ă„r gammal. Denna charmiga Old Ocean Front Inn omvandlades pĂ„ 80-talet till en 2-familjshus. Jag bor i 1 enhet. Den Ă€r rik pĂ„ karaktĂ€r och historia och har moderniserats med allt du behöver. Steg av dĂ€cket pĂ„ sandstranden. Andlös utsikt frĂ„n din 40 "dĂ€ck med utsikt Willard Beach och öarna. Titta pĂ„ fartyg, frĂ„n kryssningsfartyg över 1000 "och tankfartyg sĂ„ stor att de lokala hummer mĂ€n som de alla passerar rakt framför dig. BelĂ€get pĂ„ en stadsdel stranden, Ă€r detta hem bara 10 minuter frĂ„n Portland gamla hamnomrĂ„det och vattnet. Huset Ă€r bekvĂ€mt inredda och allt du behöver för att ge Ă€r din solkrĂ€m och badlakan. I ll se till att du har allt annat du behöver.

The location of this property is outstanding. It is right on the beach on the Casco Bay. The host was very kind and very knowledgeable of the Portland area, which was very helpful. The house is old, but very clean. The only issues we had were there wasn't a coffee maker and the garbage the garbage disposal in the kitchen sink was broken.It was a perfect place to stay and enjoy the beautiful Maine Coastline.

This balcony and view was the best! The sunrise (albeit reallllly early) is stunning!! I’d wake up, watch sunrise and head back to bed. You can hear the ocean waves from the house. Sandy beach with families that come during the day. The owner lives downstairs, and is very nice and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Kitchens very small, but suitable for our needs. I would 100% stay here again if in the area! Great value for 3 bedrooms! The house is vintage, still it has the normal older house style you would expect. But so much character. Clean and comfortable and close to downtown Portland, the Headlight lighthouse etc but you feel miles away!

The pictures absolutely do not do this place justice! Very charming and the beach is amazing! The house has everything you need and has amazing views. it’s very close to downtown Portland and there is some great restaurants right in the neighborhood. The host John is super friendly and accommodating. Absolutely plan to stay here again!

We enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The location, the view, the property- we could not have enjoyed it more! The property is located at the end of a quiet street overlooking the beach as shown. The area is very safe and peaceful. House and property look exactly like the pictures (but even better and more beautiful in person). We would love to come back and spend more time!

The property is right on the beach. It's absolutely serene. There is off road parking, which I appreciated. A nice fully functional little kitchen. There were six of us: me, my husband, our 15 and 19 year old kids, and my folks. It fit us so perfectly. The kids shared a room, but had their own beds. We cooked and enjoyed a lovely breakfast there the morning we left, while enjoying the ocean view from the balcony. The host made everything so easy for us. We will definitely be going back.

We loved our stay here. Everything was clean. My kids loved the toy blocks and running out on the beach. There is a playground nearby on the beach. Views are amazing and the area is very quiet. Great vacation!

The house was perfect for 5 friends enjoying a girl’s weekend. The view of Casco Bay from the deck was beautiful! The living room was very comfortable for conversation and games. The bedrooms are good sized with comfortable beds. It was a short ride into the heart of Portland where we had many delicious meals. Communication with John was excellent. He answered all of our questions in a timely manner.

Most beautiful and wonderful stay! The house was amazing and had everything you could possibly want. John was an incredible host and made every accomodation you could imagine, just the most lovely experience. You are literally on the beach and can hear the Ocean all day. Amazing location and view. Lots of space, huge deck. After our stay, I emailed John with some suggestions, mostly about the kitchen, which would greatly benefit future renters. I hope he follows through. But don't let this put you off, it is unique opportunity to be on the water in one of the Portland area's most trendy enclaves.

This location is EVERYTHING!!! Right on the beach, cozy accommodations with spacious bedrooms was perfect for the 4 of us - with the 3rd bedroom, we could've included another couple! Host John was lovely!!!

We were two couples (in our 60’s) in Portland for a couple days visiting. John’s place was wonderful! We had plenty of space for the four of us with room to spare. Very comfortable and relaxing. We absolutely LOVED the front porch/deck. Very spacious and an amazing view of the beach and ocean! Bathroom and kitchen were not “updated” but it’s a 110 year old home so we really didn’t mind - everything worked and that’s what’s important. The apartment is upstairs and John lives downstairs. He was friendly, kind and helpful when we had questions. Great trip!

We loved the location of this property. It was far enough away from the hustle and bustle to truly relax and enjoy the ocean sounds and sunrises, but close enough that we could easily hop on over to shopping and restaurants. The property was well-maintained, we loved the deck, and being able to walk right out on the beach. Highly recommend!

This property is exactly as it’s listed. Mr. Murphy is a kind and helpful host. The location can’t be beat. So close to anything you’d want to see and right on the beach. Watching the dogs play on the beach and the boats was a highlight. The view is so beautiful it looks fake lol. I truly hope to be back one day.

We really enjoyed our two weeks stay on Willard Beach. It was wonderful to fall asleep and to awaken to the sound of the ocean. John's place is very special. The beds and the couches and the porch seating are all very comfortable. The shower is wonderful.

We were lucky enough to book a last-minute trip at this gorgeous property. It is exactly what we needed to get away from the stress at home. Thank you so much John for your excellent hospitality. There was an issue with the air conditioners when we arrived, he didn't hesitate to replace them. Within minutes the apartment was cool and comfortable. If you are lucky enough to book this location, you will not regret it!

Wanted to introduce our grandchildren to Maine and this was the perfect location. Right on the beach, the house had everything we needed and more. Our host supplied us with suggestions of places to visit and best of all, he told us many historical facts of the neighborhood. I’ll always remember the views from the top deck, as we drank wine and ate a fresh caught lobster dinner. Best location and vacation.
