The hotel was clean, check in was quick and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was the expected waffles, pastries, cereal, sausage, eggs, coffee, juice. Some of the maintenance details were a little off like cream colored caulk on a white fixture, the level lines for the shower rod were scratched into the surround instead of pencil marked. It didn't change the stay but it made you wonder how that was accepted in what looked like a new or newly refurbished hotel.

I would stay here again mostly because the bed and pillows were very comfortable. It was convenient to the Jetport and less than 10 minutes to downtown. The area is very quiet and.

The continental breakfast was lovely. The staff was kind and friendly. The room was pretty clean but the floor was dirty. The room was big enough for us to put a pack n play for our baby. Unfortunately, the beds were super uncomfortable. But overall, our stay was lovely.

The room we were given was not cleaned from the previous guests. Had to go back to front desk to report this. We were given a new room with an upgrade. Other than that, everything was great!

Easy location getting to & from. Staff was overwhelmed and disengaged. Property was dirty…stained carpets & furniture, scuff marks on doors & baseboards. Side door to parking lot was wedged open at night.

Stayed couple time in past with no issues. This trip was first placed in a room missing half the furniture. Seemed to be under construction with missing paint and had plaster on wall and celling. Asked to move got put in front of the elevators about the laundry room. Property seems to need some upkeep. For the price it is average.

Location was great! 7 minutes from the airport and right off the highways. There is a mall across the street but it's a bit dated. We felt safe and it was quiet. It is a normal hotel, things were clean and neat. Staff was great, we didn't need anything but check in and out was easy. The breakfast was simple but very nice to have available. The staff kept that area stocked and clean through the breakfast as well.

Stayed four nights. No hot water for first two days. Took cold showers. Then when told it was fixed, the water never really got hot. There was dried buggers on the shower wall and mildew in the casing of the shower door. On the third night, the whole building lost power around 7:45 for approximately 2 hours and no hotel staff checked in on us. It was dark and we did not know what was going on until we found our way down the stairs to the lobby. No other building in area had power out. Also they did not provide housekeeping unless you request it but you pay fees for that in any hotel booking. I would not recommend. I would have liked to be provided with a partial refund for all the inconvenience.

Belle chambre moderne et personelle courtois et symphatique... Mais,une des chambres les plus salle que j'ai vue depuis longtemps... Du poils et des cheveux partout dans la chambre et salle de bain comme si la balayeuse n'avait pas été passé depuis lomgtemps.. Des taches douteuse sur les meubles et mur de la chambre. Dommage car sur photo tout semblait parfait.

From my check in at the front desk to entering my room, I was dissatisfied. I asked for a room on the top floor and let the person at the desk know I was a light sleeper. So best they could do was the 3rd floor. The elevator opens and boom! my room is right in front of the elevator. I didn’t even get out. I’m not sure what light sleeper means to the staff but I guess she just didn’t listen or care. She then puts me on the 2nd floor away from the elevator. The bathroom was not even cleaned so that makes you wonder what other surfaces weren’t wiped down. I had to clean the bathroom myself, toilet and shower included along with the floor and all the previous guests hair. Upon showering you quickly find out the water is filling up because the floor wasn’t properly tilted for it to go down the drain. So I’m standing in an inch of bath water which is just gross. Needless to say I left a day early and no one was even at the desk to let them know. Poor service and lack of accountability for cleaning staff. I do not recommended.

We loved the convenience of this property- very close to shopping and restaurants. The breakfast was good but could have some more seating. Beds were very comfortable. We understood hotel was understaffed but housekeeping could take more care in cleaning the rooms. We found that the rug didn't look like it was vacuumed, change was on the floor from previous guests and the linens looked rough.

The hallway floors and elevator floors were dirty. Our room was dirty. Old food was stuck to the floor by our bed. The mattress cover was not replaced before our stay as someone had spilled coffee on it. The headboard had coffee spill on it.

The photos don’t support the exact property there were a lot of cosmetic things. The handle in the bathroom vanity was missing. I had to switch rooms because my door to my room I could push open and it didn’t fully latch. The front seat reception was kind. I did a late checkout but twice she forgot (I believe because she was super busy and on her own.)
