“Nice hotel, we only stayed one night but enjoyed it. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was better than expected. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My only issue is the parking fee. I travel a lot and I have never been charged to park in a hotel parking lot. It’s just odd!”

“We had a fantastic stay at the Montreal Beach Resort. Everything was easy, check in, parking, beach access and location. Room was excellent with everything like new. Staff were all very pleasant and more than ready to help. The location is excellent with a great ocean view and easy access to the Cape May attractions and dining.”

“No smoking room that definitely smelled of smoke. Bedspread had a burn hole. Burn marks on the tub and furniture. Pillows well worn out and terrible. No chairs other than the table side chairs. Furniture was in poor condition. Mattress was terrible. Tub had dark stains. Shower curtain had a large dirty stain on it. Back of the building was not well maintained.”

“This is a very basic hotel. The shower was hot, the beds comfortable, the room was clean, and the beach was easy walking distance. Unfortunately, no one did anything about loud, disruptive behavior every night outside on hotel property. There was no coffee available early in the lobby and no coffee maker in the rooms. “Great place to stay if you want to be close to the beach and boardwalk! It was literally steps away from our room. Even with it being so close to a busy area we couldn't hear any of the noise from the boardwalk. The room was very clean and the staff was friendly. It was also a great location to be able to walk to restaurants and shops. My only complaints are that the parking garage spots are very small but I was still able to park my minivan in without too much trouble. The pool was also small...
