“Reception staff unaware of basic hotel information. I.e. they say they don't have laundry service, when they do. I had to make the cleaning staff come and tell her that there is. First then she would take the laundry. The cleaning staff are good. The breakfast i very poor, the breakfast area is small and crowded, and they don’t let you bring it up to the room and enjoy it in peace and quiet. Free parking is a plus, but bring rubber boots if it rains to be able to enter your car as there is lack...

“Breakfast was good. Staff was good. Did not use the hot tub. The beds were not comfortable at all. The was no place to get a snack or even green tea. For the kind of price they charge, you would expect these basics items. The number one improvement that is needed is the beds.”
