Hotell i South Side, Pittsburgh

“The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was small but nice for the kids to be able to swim, beds were comfortable but the room seemed like it could have been cleaned a little better before check in. It looked like they skipped vacuuming and cleaning in the corners of the main room and bathroom. The free breakfast was great, lots of options. The parking lot was also nice, easy to get in and out but a little pricy at $22 a night. ”

“The breakfast was ok. We didn’t have many interactions with staff. Shops nearby are conveniently located and much to do . We were happy with our stay, clean and up to date. There is a train that runs right by the hotel and runs often. It didn’t bother us but should be noted. Still would recommend. ”

“Beautiful place to stay. The only thing is when you turn on the heat, you smell the dog and if you don’t like the dog smell, it’s your room gonna smell like a dog but overall everything was great.”

“Everything was pretty clean. Only problem was there was no breakfast every morning I went there was no breakfast no matter what time I went. They have no food for breakfast so if you’re booking because of the breakfast, they don’t have any they have cereal and milk, juice, and pancake batter. That is it.”

“I think this is a great hotel to stay in. I wish they had a little more water pressure in the shower but that's it. Everything else was excellent!”

“Great stuff, hotel room looks decent. But room was a little dirty. Beds comfortable. Floor boards in bathroom were soft with water damage in front of the shower. ”

“Not a fan of the no-staff on site sort of thing. It's supposed to all be automated but I can't stand signing in through a bunch of apps and making accounts just to get into my room. I had an issue or two while there that I wanted to ask a staff person about (parking options nearby, procedure for X or Y at the hotel) and instead I just found myself doing guestwork. The place itself was fine enough, but I just can't say it was any better than okay with how awful it was to bumble around like an...
