“Our host James was the absolute best. He was very attentive and welcoming. The home was immaculate and very well maintained. We had a couples trip as we attended the Gumbo festival in Sandestin. We had 4 couples in our party, and there was ample amount of space for everyone to move about freely with beds to spare. “We snowbird for the month of January 2026 with 1 couple and had guest periodically stay for a long weekend or for a week Kitchen area and living room was large and there was plenty of space. We had two maintenance issues near the end of our stay, but Jeffry called her handyman and the issues were fixed promptly. Jeffry was great to work with and communication was easy. ”

“When we arrived, it was somewhat difficult to contact the owner because the phone number listed was not correct. I emailed VRBO, and almost immediately, the owner contacted me to resolve the issue. After that, the communication was excellent, and he handled the situation very professionally. This place is really close to the beach and is beautifully decorated with welcoming details. It is super comfortable for a large family. I would recommend this place to anyone, and I will most likely use it...

"Not good: The first room I get was it a sound from the fridge and some other type of electrical frequency noise, thay I could not stand. so I went down directly and explain, in reception they was nice and helpful to change my room. The new room was better but, I could still hear some typ of electrical frequency noise, and also it was easy to hear when people walking in hallway and was getring in to there room. Good: Nice and helpfull people in reception. Parking was good and included in your stay. The bed feel solid enough ( I have back problem) so I was little worried but whent fine :) The room feelt clean, bathroom feelt allright. "
