"Rymligt rum, sköna sängar, bra skrivbord att jobba vid. Fanns alla bekvämligheter. Kunde stanna efter utcheckning och använda pool mm. tills att jag skulle åka till sen flight. Frukost ingick ej. Vet ej hur den var."

"Bra läge på Orchard road nära tunnelbana och stora shoppingcenter såsom ION och Tang. Små men funktionella rum med sköna sängar. Stort plus för att det verkligen blir mörkt på rummet tack vare mörkläggningsgardinerna. Vi bodde på våning 28 av 30 med fantastisk utsikt över Singapore. Om man inte vill ha rummet städat varje dag kan man hänga ut en skylt. Som tack får man en voucher på 8 dollar per dag. Den kan sen användas till mat och dryck på hotellet (dock endast dryck från a la carte menyn). Frukosten var mycket bra. Hotellet har en kock som steker ägg eller gör omelett på beställning. Bra kaffe! Vill man ha något sött till frukost finns det våfflor/pannkakor, minimuffins, donuts och småkakor. Vill man testa nudelsoppa eller andra asiatiska frukostalternativ så finns det också."

"Good stay all around, however limited options at breakfast and only one hour alcohol in Lounge is not good at all."

"Our first room was uninhabitable due to concrete drilling in the room next door. WHY do they put a guest next door??? When I called and asked them to stop, they said the work would continue for another two hours but that we could change rooms. I said I wanted the noise to stop because we had already unpacked everything. Their solution? They offered us earplugs! Later, we were contacted by a manager who handled the issue in a professional manner. Breakfast was chaotic. The tables were arranged in a way that forced people to squeeze past where you were sitting. On the second day, we chose to have breakfast in the Club Lounge instead, which was calm, although the selection was of course more limited. Speaking of the Club Lounge, we were informed by a staff member that we could enjoy the afternoon tea even after checking out, which we appreciated. However, when we arrived in the afternoon, we were questioned and were only reluctantly allowed in, and only for tea/coffee and a small pastry. A good hotel, but as mentioned – inconsistent quality. A window cleaner who greets you and is very friendly. On the other hand, a restaurant staff member who bumps into you without even apologizing."
