Beautiful 2bedroom w Pool close to the beach and Southampton Village

Spacious 2 -Bedroom duplex , modern and bright w/private Entrance and driveway. The pool is private and is all yours during your stay. The Bedrooms are spacious. One bedroom has 1 queen size bed , an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. The 2nd bedroom is massive, it has 2 queen sized beds. The place has a well-equipped kitchenette with an electric stovetop/coffee maker/ pots and pans, connected with the living room. By the pool is a grill and extra stovetop for outdoor cooking.
During your stay you have full access to the large swimming pool, grill and fireplace area.

If the date is open that’s mean it’s available. You can book it.

The space
This space is perfect for families or friends looking for a getaway. We are conveniently located few minutes from the bay and just a short car ride from the town and Main Street where you will find all the restaurants and shopping!

Outside
We have a well maintain 1 acre land where you can chill and unwind. During your stay you have full access to a large fenced pool with outdoor kitchen. Also enjoy the outdoor fireplace with an addition bbq. Kids will have a great time hang out in the ninja playground. The apartment is only 3 minutes’ walk to the nearby rocky beach.

Other things to note
This is a duplex house, it is quite and have a private access with a private driveway. Also note that the stairs leading to the apt are little steal.

Cleaning Protocol - we are being extra vigilant about cleaning and sanitizing. The whole apartment cleaned carefully to make sure you will feel home. All Vrbo cleaning guidelines in relation to corona are followed.
