We celebrated my husband’s 60th birthday there, but they missed quite a few things that I had booked and triple checked once we got there as well as other reservations that they missed. “This is a clean, well-run resort. I would definitely return. The front desk staff, Sienna in particular, was very friendly and helpful. We had questions about getting around on the bus and they gave us great information. Our room was very spacious and clean. It included a safe and mini fridge and we loved the sliding doors to a patio overlooking the ocean. “Excellent hotel and one of few in Bermuda which combines comfort with character. Very helpful and nice staff, pleasant backyard with a pool and with a high quality restaurant. My only complaint would be the absolutely exorbitant prices for the breakfast. More than 25 dollars for a continental breakfast after the compulsory tip is simply not ok.”
