Unwind in the outdoor hot tub, soak up the stylish comfort of the open-plan living space, or relax on the expansive balcony as the sun sets over the water. With the village's charming streets and an array of restaurants, bars, and cafés just a short stroll away, this retreat offers the perfect balance of luxury, tranquillity and convenience.
The space
As you arrive, the home's distinctive Mediterranean charm immediately captivates you, while the beautifully maintained garden guides you to the spacious patio, where a private hot tub awaits, perfectly positioned to offer panoramic views of the tranquil river Hamble.

Step inside to discover a bright and airy open plan living space, where tasteful décor and abundant natural light set the stage for relaxation. The living area, designed for both comfort and entertainment, features a large flat-screen TV and a selection of board games, ensuring fun for all ages.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen is a dream for culinary enthusiasts, boasting high-end appliances, generous counter space and sleek finishes. Just beyond, the dining area provides a stylish and inviting setting, complete with a spacious table that comfortably accommodates all guests.

The home features four elegantly furnished en-suite bedrooms, two of which are designed with king-size beds, one of which can be made into two single beds, making them ideal for families or groups. The remaining two bedrooms offer spacious king-size beds, one of which can also be configured into twin beds.
For those who need to stay connected, a dedicated workspace with high-speed internet ensures a seamless experience for remote work or quiet moments of focus.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £1,000 prior to their stay.

Perfect Property

House is great, very high quality fittings, appliances etc. The bedding and towels were gorgeous and everything looked new and flawless.The bedrooms are a decent size and all en-suite. Entertaining space is large and very comfortable. Barbecue area also very good - my only suggest would be to install a parasol.Hot tub was spotless.Vicky and Pam were very helpful.
