Located in the heart of Southampton while also being biking (or walking!) distance to the beach, this 1-acre property is nothing short of a quintessential Hamptons dream getaway. The gourmet kitchen features marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, floating wooden shelves, and an island with five high-top chairs. Any level of chef is encouraged to utilize all this space has to offer. You may dine casually around the island, or at any one of the other three wonderful dining areas. As for your indoor options, feel free to dine in the back of the home around a large farmhouse table in the sunroom, or at the more formal dining table located in an enclosed room.
