4 sovrum, 3 badrum, öppet vardagsrum och vardagsrum (med plattskärms-tv på väggen), master-svit och matsal med utsikt över poolen och bluestone-uteplatsen [BRAND NEW LOUNGE CHAIRS FOR 2019] trägolv genomgående.

Den helt nya DOWNSTAIRS Master Suite har en king size-säng, badrum, en platt-TV-kabel-tv på väggen, klädkammare, sitta fåfänga med pall och franska dörrar som leder till kontoret (inkluderar skrivbord / fax / skanner och skrivare). Den nedre sovrummet har utsikt över uteplatsen / poolen med skjutbara glasdörrar till den vackra trädgården.

Ytterligare badrum i bottenvåningen med full dusch har enkel tillgång till poolen och uteplatsen.

De återstående tre sovrummen (ytterligare en king size-säng, en queen size-säng och en dagssäng som förvandlas till en drottning) och tredje badrummet är på andra nivå. Huset har också som bonus ett fullt möblerat, matta och färdiga vindutrymme på tredje nivå. Det finns en tv i sovrummet på övervåningen. En dvr-spelare finns i hyllan med en extra dvr-spelare att använda med de andra tv-apparaterna i huset.

Alla nya apparater med helt nytt Chef's Kitchen som innehåller 2 Sub-Zero kylskåp och 6 brännare Wolf Stove, dra ut mikrovågsugn, bänkskiva i granit. Köket erbjuder gott om utrymme för matlagning och inkluderar en extra stor promenad i skafferi med hyllor. Det extra stora matbordet rymmer 10 personer.

Helt ny 20x40 uppvärmd saltvatten gunite pool, nyligen anlagd trädgård av ett professionellt företag, med plats för spel och gräsmatta aktiviteter, bluestone däck för matsal och slappna av vid poolen. Massor av gräsmatta spel / poolleksaker. Garaget har cyklar och ett fotbollsbord och erbjuder en plats för barnen att hänga på.
Poolområdet / trädgården är söderläge för utmärkt sol hela dagen!
Beläget på en halv tunnland professionellt anlagd trädgård, omgiven av extra höga privets och extra stor uppfart som ger fullständig integritet från alla. Det finns en sluten dusch utomhus för bekvämlighet.

Hemmet ligger bara nere på gatan från affärer och restauranger (en halv mil från staden). Gatan är en bred trädkantad bostadsgata. Ekstra stor uppfart rymmer cirka 10 bilar.

En halv mil från stan och ännu mindre till Schmitts marknad och andra butiker, men ändå erbjuder hemmet massor av avskildhet från liv och rörelse i Southampton.

Southampton stay

This is a lovely home with the most convenient location walking distance to the village . The house is nicely maintained with a great first floor primary bedroom with its own bathroom . Upstairs has 3 bedrooms that all share one bathroom . The backyard is gorgeous and private with a fabulous pool . The owner was very accessible and very flexible with our needs . We were celebrating my mom’s 79th birthday with my kids and dogs and had the perfect weekend . We would definitely stay here again !

Wonderful stay in house close to downtown

We really enjoyed our time at Laura's house. The house was exactly as described, and Laura was so easy to communicate with. We loved the outdoor seating area / pool and that we could easily walk to downtown. Definitely hope to stay again.

Summer in the Hamptons

Exactly what I was looking for! Perfect location, walkable to town, easy access to main roads. Pool was clean and heated. House and backyard had everything described and more. There is only one bathroom upstairs for the 3/4 rooms to share, but the outside shower was very private and actually became everyone's favorite place to shower in. And the other two bathrooms downstairs were plenty, never had an issue with the 8 of us. Owner was always quick to respond to all my questions. Thank you for an unforgettable stay. I hope to be back again!

A beautiful weekend getaway

The title says it all. Laura was amazing to deal with, she was very communicable, had the house extremely clean for us upon entering, and even let us leave a little bit passed 10 am (which was very much appreciated, since we enjoy sleeping in). We cannot say enough good things about this house or Laura and hope to be able to rent this same exact home in the future!

Wedding Weekend

Our daughter was getting married in the Hamptons and this house served as our base for the weekend festivities. We couldn’t have picked a better house for our needs. Close to town and to all our venues. It was clean, updated throughout and well equipped (wine fridge came in handy on wedding day). Nice backyard with heated pool was great to have. Laura the owner was always accessible and easy to work with.

Wonderful House

Best house that we have ever stayed in the last seven years. Beautifully maintained inside and out with a great salt water pool set at a perfect temperature for every one to enjoy. Also the owners are terrific people who could not be any nicer.

Exceeded expectations!

From the moment we settled on Laura’s lovely home, we knew that we would be in good hands. Her charming restored house, with an amazing gunite pool, provided us a vacation that was long overdue. Conveniently situated within walking distance to the village and a short drive to the beach, we were more than satisfied with our choice. Laura is truly wonderful, super responsive, and went above and beyond to meet our needs. Whether it was having household items quickly replenished, increasing wi-fi speed, adding channels to the tv line-up, and sending helpful texts/tips for our vacation, ALL unprompted, we always felt our stay was a priority. The house is also very quiet and gets wonderful sunlight the entire day. We were sad when it was time to leave, but we hope to return next year! Thank you for sharing your home with our family. It was a gift.

Gorgeous house in great location

The pictures don't do the house justice! Beautiful house and lovely outdoor space a short walk to the main village area of Southampton. Laura is great host who was very proactive and helpful from booking throughout the stay.

It is located very close to town & on beautiful grounds.

We were there for my daughters engagement We were 6 of us . My son is handicapped so we have him the main floor bedroom as the stairs are steep & that worked out very well 5 of us slept upstairs , the bedrooms were enough but only 1 bathroom upstairs so a little inconvenient as the 2 nd bath is located on the main floor The backyard is just what we were looking for & when we were in the property spent most of our time there . A little noisy during the week as there is Muncipal building next door Very conveniently located close to town Overall we had a great time & Laura our host was very responsive to any questions we had Thank you Laura

Fantastic first stay in Southampton!

We were VERY happy with our 2-week vacation here! Most notable: 1) the location of the house--about half a mile to Southampton town center and a little over two miles to Coopers Beach; 2) the entire downstairs of the house, with new master suite, bath, office, kitchen, new washer and dryer, and very comfortable family/TV room/couches; 3) the additional king size bed in the second of four bedrooms upstairs (not always easy to find king size beds!) 4) a fifth "bedroom" being the air conditioned attic/loft which our 17 year old and two friends thoroughly enjoyed; 5) three full and modern bathrooms, which allowed our family of four and guests to shower easily, with plenty of space; 6) the pool, which was very well maintained, with great deck furniture; 7) communications with the owners--they were readily available to us with any questions we had, provided suggestions about local restaurants, and made our stay as easy as possible. We would absolutely book again.
