"The place was advertised as taking payment on site. A totally uninterested lazy and rude person appeared at the “hotel” and refused to give access to the room without proof of prepayment. He couldn’t take card payment and refused cash payment. Instead of making efforts to recieve payment he started to eat and kept saying ”you pay - I give you the code to the door” and still didn’t make any attempt to arrange for payment to be made. We left and found a normal hotel instead. This fleabag place should not be on hotels.com. "
