“The room has a musty, stale smell as soon as I got there. The shower didn’t properly drain. It was fire red hair over everything and nats flying around. To make matters worse they called around 9am and I never requested a wake up call. I seriously drove from VA and still had to drive to Baton Rouge and needed all my sleep. Please do better”

“Let's not kid ourselves: this is not a luxury hotel, it's a relatively cheap place to stay and I chose it specifically because it had a kitchen and I was in town working for a few days. Arrived to find no appliances or utilities at all in the kitchen but learned that you need to ask for them in reception. Staff was more than helpful with any requests. “The staff at the front desk was incredible. The room smelled of cigarette smoke even though it was a non smoking room, the bathroom door was completely broken on one the inside, the maintenance of the room was awful and the entirety of the hotel just looked like it’s never been cleaned. Ever.”
