“My stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Birmingham was extremely disappointing and far below what you’d expect from a Hilton property. They charge for parking, yet the lot is poorly maintained with trash scattered around, and the speed bumps are unnecessarily high to the point of being ridiculous. Charging extra for that level of upkeep is unacceptable. The problems only got worse inside. The pool was dirty, the room had insects running around , and the bathroom was in terrible condition. “Otroligt sköna sängar, sov som en prinsessa alla nätter. Personalen var trevlig och servicen bra. Förutom hotellets restaurang finns några restauranger precis utanför, annars är down town Birmingham inte så roligt.”

We had to valet the car and it came back in HORRIBLE condition, someone had smoked in the car, it had 50 miles more on the car than when we dropping it off.
