Hotell med pool i Southeast Wyoming

“Problems with the air temperature in our room. Not all hot tubs were working and the pools were not overly clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. ”

“We were in town to drop of our son to the University of Wyoming. The location is just a short drive from the university with plenty of shops and restaurants close by. The staff was nice and the room was clean. Beds also comfortable, breakfast had a good selection of food and plenty of parking. The only issue was the firm alarm went off at 7a one of the mornings and kept going off every 5 minutes. Absolutely no direction was given from the staff and we along with other guests were just wandering...

“Clean comfortable room. Plenty of space. Beds not that great but once in the center groove not too bad. Would have liked a coffee pot in room but the breakfast area worked out just fine. Overall a restful night. We would stay here again. ”

“Easy on/off access to I-25. Very friendly front desk staff (Ashley). Fabulous restaurants and downtown area 3 minutes away. Very clean. Bed was super comfortable. Win win!”

“The only complaint was, no hair conditioner in the shower (it was empty), room darkening shade appeared stuck and wouldn’t lower and the lamp on the bedside table (right side) didn’t work. Staff were great, young lady at front desk on check in and young man when I checked out, great customer service. Bed was very comfortable. ”
